Known Information: Zack travels from city to city mostly witnessing Oaths for the Invictus. First he was a Notary, but with his willingness to travel and his dedication to detail despite his obviously clan-related handicap made him a shoo-in for the position of Amicus Curiae. Zack is known to be meticulous when he observes Oaths. On important agreements such as extended Oaths of Fealty or higher-powered Supernatural Oaths, he's been known to interview each signee first to determine they're aware of the sheer gravity of their agreements. His perfectionist personality also does not allow for flaws in others; Zack has been known to fly into rages should he arrive to attend an Oath that has been shabbily prepared.

Rumors: Zack knows more secrets than any one in the covenant, shame he forgets them five minutes later - that's why he's the Amicus Curiae, he won't remember any thing too sensitive. Once Zack showed up for an Oath and there was a misspelled word on the parchment so he ripped it into pieces and swore not to return. The Play House in Reno asked him to witness their Dynastic Compact and he laughed in their faces. Zack only took the position because he was afraid that a Mekhet would get it, then we'd all be doomed.

Description: Zack is a rough and tumble looking fellow. His brown hair is cut too long; his rugged face shows a tan under it's pallor. He's the sort of man you'd definitely think twice about going down a dark alley with. He typically dresses in worn jeans, cowboy boots and a plaid snap-together shirt except on those occasions where the event he's witnessing includes people of a certain prestige, then he goes with a button-up shirt.
