1911

Hakan embraces one of his contacts in a local drug smuggling ring, William Talbit, and the man becomes a Paige of the Invictus.

1918

Talbit begins attending the meetings between Anthony Anderson and the Carthian Movement.

1921 - Minor Event

When Anthony Anderson leaves, so does Talbit, using the older, more important Kindred as a shield to block attentions on his own departure. He sites the racial undertones of the covenant for his departure. Having not even reached Manumission in 10 years, nobody but Hakan cares that he leaves.

1941 - Minor Event

Hakan, still angry over his childes betrayal, launches a political attack on the much younger William Talbit, attempting to draw him into public squabbles he's sure to lose. Talbit does his best to retaliate and the feud between the two escalates, but remains comprised of petty inconveniences and public slurs.

1942 - Major Event

The little feud between sire and childe reaches a boiling point and Talbit's only prized ghoul comes up dead. Talbit immediately blames Hakan, but seems to take no action in retaliation. A month later, in a freak accident, a bull dozer engaged in the re-landscaping of a neighbors yard is driven into Hakan's house during day light hours. While Hakan is not killed, he does slip into torpor following the event. No one can prove Talbit was involved (although everyone suspects), and Trey King keeps the event minor in the papers.

1945

Talbit is surprised to find Anthony Anderson ascending to Praxis. He supports the mans position, hoping to win favor. His paltry support is mostly overlooked in the short term, as Anderson has other things to do with his time.

1952

Trey calls in a boon he holds over Talbit, and the two spend a good deal of time in each others company for a number of months. They part ways on friendly terms.

1957

Talbit starts a small shipping company, doing overland freight to and from Savannah. The small company does well, earning Talbit a fair profit and strengthening his hold in the transportation sectors.

1964

Talbit has a short fling with Mildred Winters, the Prince's childe. Both walk away from it with obviously no intent of forming a relationship.

1965 - Minor Event (Carthian Only)

Talbit has a falling out with Trey King after discovering his and Mildred Winters affair. The two have a bit of a spat, but it ends quickly. Trey King mysteriously doesn't receive several packages in the mail.

1971

Eveline approaches Talbit seeking to get several controversial French manuscripts past customs. She pays him with an on/off casual "relationship" over the course of the next 10 years. He is able to get the manuscripts through from her seller, but loses out on the deal over all.

1986 - Minor Event

Talbit's shipping company folds. He suspects foul play and investigates heavily, but fails to discover the perpetrator. His finances are deeply impacted.

1992 - Minor Event

Talbit begins to take a greater interest in clan affairs, and tries for the position of Deava Priscus, despite his young age. The other Deava merely scoff at him and no further attention is paid to the matter.

1999 - Minor Event (Carthian Only)

Talbit supports DJ in his small squabble over the Streets of Atlanta, using his own street influence where he can.

2006

Talbit starts to work toward rebuilding his company, although much larger and more influential this time around. Progress is slow and does not bare fruit by early 2007.
