San Francisco
1940
Warren was born during an interesting time in our nations history. The World was on the brink of war and the United States was still in the process of recovering from the Great Depression. It was january 9th and Warren was born in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco. His father was a cop walking the beat down in the mission wand his Mother was a secretary down at the San Francisco Chronicle. being an only child Warren got an overwhelming amount of attention. This was mainly do to the fact that his older brother Henry died at the age of three 6months prior in a car accident by a hit an run driver. At at early age Warrens father set to the task of grooming his son to follow in his foot steps. It became a weekly thing for hidden clues to be left around the house for Warren to solve. Christmas was the worst since on christmas mouthing there was always one wrapped present under the tree containing a mystery and clues to where to find his real presents.
1949
With the war over a few years prior and our nations soldiers coming back home. San Francisco life because interesting. it seemed like over night the life of a cob became so much more interesting. each night Warren would hear stories of his fathers day. In school Warren would play cops and robbers to hone in on his skills. that Christmas Warren received an interesting present. it took him three hours to find its hiding place, but once he opened it Warren had found his favorite game. That year he received a brand new copy of a recently released board game by the Parker Brothers. And that game was Clue. It was at this point that Warren decided he didn't want to be a regular cop but instead a detective or at least a private investigator.
1955
Highschool was an interesting time for Warren. He was smart, had a keen eye, and never seemed to miss a detail. but the one thing he was lacking was friends. He was the outcast, the weirdo kid who knew too much. He did take a liking to one of his science teachers and spent a lot of his time in there. Warren took to science like an investigation and his teacher related the work to that of a private investigator and showed him how the fields can be very similar. so between his investigations, science studies and random experiments Warren never seemed to leave himself time to make new friends. In truth that was just his excuse, the really answer is that he just did not fit in and the other kids didn't like him.
1958
being the outcast in school Warren received a lot of physical abuse as well. So he was determined to change that. like his idol sherlock Holmes in some versions he was just as adept in a physical confrontation as he was in his studies and investigations. by his senior year Warren started to get some respect and friends. the pivotal movement came halfway through the school year when the school bully and his posse came knocking. up until that point Warren had let the three beat him up and mess with him. on each instance warren would learn a tell or sign of weakness of his future opponents. So when the right day came he would be ready. it was a sunny afternoon during lunch when the three came walking. Warren was surrounded by the other kids who refused to help him time and time again. except this time one of the faces in the audience was a girl named Ashley he was trying to impress. and so Warren decided today was the do that make his stand. The whole exchange barely lasted 30 seconds. The bully started it but Warren finished it. after four years of punishment Warren knew exactly how to take down his foe. and before everyone understood what had just happened the three school bullies were on the ground crying and wincing with pain. Warren stood there over them as the audience around him cheered. Warren was never again bothered by those three and he even got the girl as she accepted his invitation the senior prom.
1960
After taking some time off after High school to travel with Ashley Warrens father finally convinced his son to return home and good back to school. with the Vietnam war heating up and Warren entering the right age for conscription his father made it his goal to get his son in school. Warren agreed and came home but Ashley did not. she stayed in new york and Warren never saw her again. When he returned home and found that all his life his parents had created a secrete college fun for their son. and after applying to UC Berkeley Warren got accepted into a Forensic sciences program as well as a double major in criminal justice. and now because he was a college bound single child he never was drafted for the war.
1964
Life in college was fascinating for Warren, he had always been a quick learner and in only four years time he received a double major. While in college he had changed a lot. he gained a growing medical background and added to already skilled knowledge of investigation. after graduation Warren got a job with the San Francisco Police department. with his Fathers help of course. who was now Police Chief at this point. because of his medical degree he got a job with the investigation unity. so basically he spent a lot of time in morgue and dealing with crime scenes. But being so young he was more of just a helper getting his foot in the door.
1974
After a good few years within the department Warren finally reached the head of his department. all new cases and remains were examined by him and in many instances investigations were dependent on Warrens findings. He liked his work but he started to get bored. He hated being closed up underground all the time surrounded with dead bodies. Its strange that after a man gets a big promotion he starts to question where he belongs. all his life he wanted to be an investigator, but he hadn't planned on being the one so far from the crime scene stuck in a lab. aside from work Warren had this secrete life of protesting the war. Warren hasn't always been the nicest person in the world and death has never fazed him but for some reason the draft and the war got to him and he would protest and join the movement in San Francisco. all under a false identity of course.
1980
For what ever reason at the ripe old age of 40 Warren retired from the police force. He wanted to do something else. He was never married, never had any kids, and spent too much time stuck with his work. it was time for a change of pace. within a few months he opened his own Private Investigations office. He had tired countless times to get out in the field but he was always kept in the lab. So with his own office and company to control he began taking gigs. At first work was difficult. and it took awhile to get into a position where people would actually go to him for help. But with his attention to detail and everlasting memory he soon started to get noticed. Soon the police where going to him for advise on strange and bizarre cases or even ordinary ones.
1985
This was the year of the start of Warrens requiem after five years or so he kept a steady business going. the police and the private sector liked to keep Warren and his associates as consultants. Warren had even kept his double life going at this point. Henry the activist named after the older brother he never met. and Warren the investigator. It was around this time Warren started digging in places he shouldn't be and started to get attention of the hidden world that existed hidden from the world. Warren started taking jobs in regards to a cold case dealing with 10 missing persons spanning 50 years. Each each of these disappearances seem to stem from a closed down fire station in the mission district. for years it has sat empty but every decade two teenagers usually between the ages of 15 and 18 disappear. the Case has existed for so long and its facts so confusing it has never really had much media coverage. Warren actually got involved with the case back in the 70s when his then girlfriend lost her younger sister. the police called it a kidnapping but after learning she visited the fire house he connected the dots. of course a haunted house story won't get you far in the investigation world so Warren kept it on the down low and worked on the case when he had time. Every so often he would keep tabs on the building, it became a usual weekly thing to watch the building when time permitted and take note of who comes and goes. Despite all the rumors of death and vanishings that correspond with the building, teenagers are always attached to danger. be it a rave, a homeless man looking for a place to sleep, or a young couple looking to find a quiet place there always seemed to be someone there who was not supposed to me. oddly in in all the years Warren had watched this place he never once saw signs of ghosts or regular kidnapping. a Kid would leave to go home and later turn up missing. Warren however ran into an instance where someone would enter the building and not be seen leaving. And then one night, ironically or sadly on his birthday was staked out in his car watching the building like usual when he noticed something strange. earlier in the week he noticed a man and a woman scanning the place and this was the third time this week he had seen this pair there. So tonight was the night he might get his answer. So he got out of his car and followed the pair. he slipped into the fire station unnoticed to see what was going on.
What he saw that night was hard to believe and it shattered his view on the world. From his vantage point he saw a man a woman throwing dust and a man swinging at the air with a ceramic knife at a shadowy creature. Well it was a ghost and he saw two creatures who were not human, those fuckers had fangs and were trying to kill what must have been a ghost. And then when the ghost or spirit vanished from sight the woman turned and looked right at warren like she knew he was there. And before warren could get up to escape there was a blur of motion and the woman was right behind him climbing a flight of stairs in a matter of seconds. As warren latter found out that in truth he was the one under observation and his whole life was an open book to them. Warren was given a choice of finding out the truth or hold onto his beliefs and take it with him to his grave. He of course picked the truth and the woman Kara opened his eyes to the world of darkness.
1995
Un-life in San Francisco is an interesting one. its tough one as well. its all about results and the great work. If your not a dragon your not worth keeping around. beyond that if your not a mekhet or a gangrel you might as well leave. lucky for warren he was mekhet and was seeking to join the academy. It was difficult keeping game going in that his sire was actually unaligned and not a member of the academy. Warren played the unaligned rout for a bit but after awhile he started to involve himself in the great work. He was a slave for a he years working his way up in the academy. In a city full of high IQ's, scientists, scholars, doctors, you name it, it is hard to shine. The key is to focus in one area and excel at it. Learning your first Coil in San Francisco isn't easy and the first few years it was constant work. For some strange reason Brian of all people liked to pressure Warren. If it looked like you were behind on your work guess what? your presenting at the caucus. If your getting too cocky and don't back up your findings he will shove it back in your face. The one thing Warren had from the night of his embrace is his odd connection to a rare form of science. Kara called it spoiling. So in the time leading up to his entry to the academy he progressed his knowledge and skill in spoiling. in a city full of Dragons the percentage of those who know spoiling is not as high as you think and this helped set Warren apart.

1998
1991 was a big year for Warren for months he was working on his first coil. after months of starving himself to the brink of frenzy and torpor he began to make progress and entered into a state of Chrysalis. at long last Warren moved forward from being a slave and started the never ending quest of the great work. While Warren was an intelligent man and few things escaped his grasp he was not the top student or even the top of his class. He was about average something Kara and even Brian for that matter seemed to take note of. To some Dragons it is all about the coils but to others there are things beyond the coils that are just as unique. Warren split his studies between coil work and that of kindred disciplines and other general tests into the kindred condition. Kara was never the physical type so while academic lessons come on one end Warren tried his best to keep himself physically inclined. He found chinese vampire in China town and spent some of his nights working with him. It was never about becoming the bully or starting the fight but about being able to finnish it and survive it. To Warren it all became an experiment. In order to gain a true state of enlightenment one must involve mind and body. one must exercise both in order to progress.
2000
For awhile Warren sorta of vanished from kindred life. he wasn't in elysium there was a few other unaligned kindred who went missing also but their disappearance didn't really leave a noticeable mark. the truth behind it all is Warren had entered into a study of Torpor. His worked utilized the collected bodies of unwanted kindred and forcing himself into a voluntary torpor. By the end of the year he reappeared acting like nothing was wrong. of course many of the dragons knew what had happened but there was still others in the city who did not understand and Warren had to rebuild his image.
durring Warrens ongoing experiment Kara embraced again, a man named Quinn Matthews. things didn't initially go to plan as Quinn started to shy away from the Ordo Dracul. So after some pressure from his sire Warren tired to invite Quinn to help him with his experiment. Well that didn't go to plan either. Warren came off as crazy and it pushed Quinn further away. It might have been poor planning on inviting Quinn to help him torpor this unaligned gangrel to experiment on, but i guess we will never know.

Albuquerque
2003
ever since a young age aside from investigations, experiments, and the great work Warren always had a soft spot for activism. Dragons like to evoke change so why can't that apply to politics as well. This political leaning might have lost him some points with his sire and Brian. He was still a good student and it was obvious where his loyalties lie but to some a branched focus does not always sit to well with some people. so Warren decided it was time to open his own laboratory or join one of the satellites in one of the other cities of the hold. So Warren packed up his things said his good byes, placed a few calls and left the city. Kara who always seemed to have a soft spot for Warren even though he was leaving went with Warren as far as Los Angeles. They stayed a few weeks in Los Angeles and then they parted ways and Warren headed off to Albuquerque the ideal city to fulfill his interest in the Carthian Movement. Being a dragon outside of San Francisco is tough. If Warren thought it was hard pulling out of kindred society in San Francisco it will be 10 times worse in other cities. He quickly realized he needs to involve himself in politics in order to secure himself the time and funding to continue with his work out side of the Academy in San Francisco
Albuquerque is a totally different world from San Francisco and Warren quickly caught onto that. the initial goal of pretending to join the Carthian Movement what ended up happening was the Carthian Movement ended up accepting him and allowed him to participate in some of their working while still allowing him the time to work on his studies. When he arrived to the city he quickly made friends with Vivianne Hartford, she got him set up, and since Warren was in need of a new ghoul he made some trades offering her the means to vastly improve her nights work. After some time passed Warren started to inquire to Vivianne about politics and the Carthian Movement and she was happy to help involve him in that arena . and so as a thank you gift he offered her some more of those special vials.

2005
After a good few years trying to prove himself, Warren set himself up as the go to guy for the occult and other strange things for the movement. while he was take part in debates it wasn't always his strongest suit. The one thing he did like to chip in about was the drawbacks of the kindred condition. so when talk of Reno and cameras in general came up he liked to add in. Change is good for kindred, be it internal or external. a Kindred who refuses to change becomes stagnant. And so his probation was ended and he was granted minimal status within the Carthian Movement. The Carthian "experiment" is almost like the political version of the Ordo Dracul While the dragons seek to shane the body and the mind, the Carthians seek to change things politically and socially. But there can still be a science to it. There is a reason why the social sciences exist and there is noticeable change that comes from them. and for Warren gaining an understanding of this covenant is still part of the great work.
2008
Warren and Quinn Matthews were never close and based off their last encounter it didn't seem like that would ever change. Over the years Warren tried to reconnect but it never seemed to work, even after he joined the Ordo Dracul there always existed this distance between them. So when news reached Warren that Quinn would be presenting at Caucus he decided it was an event that he had no interest in attending. In the nights leading up to the Caucus Vivianne Hartford for some strange reason she would place calls to Warren bugging him to attend. Of course she didn't really understand what she was asking him to do but it must have worked. At the last minute Warren made his way to San Francisco to witness his sibling present. Well the event was not a splash and there seemed to be a coordinated attack against Quinn and the presentation turned into a disaster. Warren saw the value in the work and defended the presentation but his voice was not as loud as the other who were out to get Quinn. But the end result is their bitter relationship started to turn itself around. Warren stayed one week and they caught up. when the week ended he went back to Albuquerque.
With Vivianne Hartford off to Reno Warren decided to stay behind. She had wanted him to go but the Kogaion had wanted him to stay and help the guardian in the city. So that is how things went up until hostilities broke out in Las Vegas and the city was added to Tomesha Valley. When the mini war broke out and the proclamation inviting kindred to the new city Warren sat on the idea for awhile. not long after the war he received a letter from Quinn Matthews mentioning that he had been asked to go to Las Vegas. After about two hours of setting on the letter he placed a call to his sibling and told him he wished to join him. They made plans and Warren tied up lose ends and a few weeks later he went off to San Francisco to meet his sibling.
Las Vegas
2008
They arrived in Las Vegas at an interesting time. More than half of the cities prior population was dead and there was a flood of new kindred all trying their luck in sin city. Warren found a old place by the university and then sought out the other kindred of the city. Quinn was lucky in that he can hide himself Warren on the other had had his beast and body full sight for all to see. so it didn't take long before he ran into other kindred and found elysium. As he walked up with Quinn there was a familiar face in Vivianne Hartford They exchanged a few stories and caught up on old times. She was annoyed at first that Quinn left his Carthian roots behind but after some further discussion Warren was quick to point out the political leaning still existed.
Not long after getting to the city Vivianne met up with Warren and offered to give her services free of change to help her along her path to becoming a Citizen. of course the first thing on Warrens mind was to get his hands on a fresh cadaver. She thought about that for a few moments before starting to show some nonverbal signs that it might be a difficult task. He then mentioned he would like the ashes of a burned owl. She agreed to finding him an 'owl' but playing with fire she would pass on.
Once the laws came out Warren too set out on the quest to earning his citizenship, his first stop oddly was Mycah Thaine maybe he thought if he kept the partial Sanctified happy he would leave the heretic dragon to his studies. So one night outside of elysium he offered him a small collection of Hummingbird Serums and he gracefully accepted after he explained the vials function.
After getting to town there was one a Troy Evans who was a big help in getting started. After a few trades and a free favor on Warrens part a decent business arrangement was formed. on top of that when he asked to voice his support for regulator warren thought it was in his best interest to give it.
By the end of the year Warren had had over heard Margo Owens talking about finding herself a lawyer. He was happy to oblige and found her one to her liking.
2009
Early into the year Warren approached Vivianne to finnish up his requirements in gaining his citizenship. she thought about it for a bit but then mentioned she needs some help locating a proper retainer but she's no quite ready for that stage yet. So he offered her a small boon in exchange and she agreed.
One night Quinn took Warren aside saying he had something important to talk about. What he had to say though was not the best news in the world. Apparently the prince Deion Sanders asked him to represent the Ordo Dracul and not Warren. After teetering on the verge of frenzy Quinn was able to rationally explain the situation and clam warren down. After being butt hurt for awhile warren eventually agreed and was able to move past it.
2011
August 21st, 2011, at the The Convening of the Collective the debates had heated up on the appointment of Diplomat. Up until this point Warren had kept out of it, ignoring prior requests to gain his support. And at the last second as people were choosing sides it seems like his mind was set and he slowly walked with his arms crossed behind his back to show Mycah Thaine his support. much to his surprise and I'm sure others as well.
