The Area

A preppy area of town, with upper middle class (read: lower upper class) stores and shopping centers, gold courses and homes that fill that sort of clientele. Streets are nice and maintained, and all buildings of the area have to conform to a specific and strict building code: all brick.

Thus, all buildings are brick, giving the area a nice upscale look without the financial requirements needed for places in the city like on Hawthorn Point or the developing areas of Cabbagetown. Most of the area is zoned for commercial, so there are two major malls in the area, supplying goods that you can find in almost all malls. There's even the token "angst-child" store, for those who feel deprived and have the money to spend on a hundred and fifty dollar pairs of jeans.
