Tijuana
Tijuana is... Tijuana. Tijuana is claimed by the Kingdom of the United States of America’s Tomesha Valley on one hand, and on the other, is also claimed by one of the (several) Queens of South America. The city on the mortal side is violent; other cities on the continent can be violent, but rarely are they violent. Decapitated bodies, bodies hung from bridges, a baker’s dozen brutally gunned down... Tijuana is violent. For Kindred who are embroiled in the constant push and pull of sides pouring money into training shocktroops and warlords who want to claim Tijuana for good on one side or the other, these brutal actions of the mortal realm are simply a cover for their own brutality. When a Prince claims the city, another brute warrior is already scheming to firebomb his warehouse headquarters. The city on both sides of the coin is ugly, and only breeds the worst of the worst. It’s no great surprise that some of the nastiest Unaligned (or even worse, those who can pretend to be Unaligned...) have made the rounds in Tijuana for a time.
