The Oath

I, Stacy Astor, Soldier of the First Estate, pledge my most solemn oath, in my own flesh and blood, to see and to help to cause the destruction of the Carthians named Elijah DuQuette, Khadija Carver, and any such Carthian or Acolyte Kindred who come to their aid in the coming strife.

This oath was invoked the night before the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, and used to add to the carnage therein.
