Cruac, Level One Ritual

Description
The user of this ritual can create “gemstones” made entirely of his own vitae for personal usage or to gift to another. These gemstones vary in size – depending on how much vitae they are infused with – and sometimes are used in elaborate decorations. Naturally, acolytes – who love to create – find these gemstones as wonderful products with very, very helpful qualities.
Gemstones created always are a dark, ruby read color and harden into a gemstone-like shape (princess-cut, pear, heart, etc.) depending on what the caster wishes. For those inspecting the gemstones in close, they will note that the gemstones have a hard exterior, like that of diamonds, but that the inside of which seems to slowly swirl with flecks of black and red that are almost hypnotic in their movements.
System
The vampire creates these gems with her own vitae. Watching these be created is a fascinating process; the vampire casts the ritual, and upon creation can decide how much blood (equal or less than successes gained on the roll) is infused within the gem and what shape the gemstone will become. Then, blood will rise out of the pores of her hand and congregate in the center of her palm, molding and hardening into a “gem”.
Gem’s vitae is “neutral,” which is to say that the feeding vampire does not subject the sorcerer to a Vinculum in this manner, though blood addiction is still a risk. Naturally, the caster of this ritual, if using the stones for herself, is not subjected to the addiction.
A stone that infuses only one to two vitae may be the size of a dime or quarter, but stones that infuse three or four vitae can be the size of a half dollar around. Finally, stones that infuse an exceptional amount of vitae are often as large as the palm of a person’s hand. There are rumors of an elder crone who infused so much vitae into one stone, that she was able to make a full altar-sized one with which she performed her rituals upon – though, of course, no one knows where this rumor came from.
These stones’ vitae stores can be called on to do anything which blood is called for; they may not be used to spend vitae in excess of the vampire’s Blood Potency maximum per round however. These stones can be absorbed through the skin, or mouth, reflexively, but cannot be absorbed at a distance. Also, these stones can be absorbed by vampires or ghouls, so long as they know that the stones have this affect.
Once created, these stones last until the caster uses them.
