I, Mister Baron Ryo Yamamoto, Priscus of Clan Mekhet, Speaker, and Interpreter, of the Octopus; childe of the Good Mister Akira Inoue, Viscount of Shinjyuku-ku in Toukyou and Advocate, of the Octopus; childe of Alder Daisuke Tanaka, Meister Interpreter; childe of the Good Alder Hiroshi Jinmei, Viscount of Mihama-ku in Chiba and Commissioner; childe of Alder Minoru Suzuki, Advocate and Speaker, in the presence of our Most Honorable Madam Notary and the witnesses of the Invictus gathered here this night, in this most righteous hall which will endure for ages into the future just as the Unconquerable Invictus has endured for ages past, give my unfailing fealty to Mister Robert Blake, Priscus of Clan Daeva and Senator; childe of His Grace Alder Clarence Whitaker, Duke of Atlanta and Meister Speaker; childe of Alder David Fresco, Judex and Steward; childe of Garreth McAllister; childe of Penelope Westminster, in full obedience of speech and action, without favor or affection, malice or ill will.

I will henceforth for one year's time faithfully support, protect and defend his Lordship; and that I will, in the like manner, abide by and faithfully support all laws and proclamations he doth make. For each and all of these I make homage and fealty with hands and with mouth to my said lord and elder, and I swear upon these four gospels of God that I will always be a faithful vassal to thee and to the Dark Prophet Longinus, in all things that a vassal is required to be faithful to his lord.

I will defend thee, my lord, and all thy wards, and all thy men and thy possessions against malefactors and invaders, at my request and that of my successors at my own cost, and I will give to thee power over all that I am and all that I possess in peace and in war, whenever they shall be claimed by thee. And if I do not observe to thee each and all the things declared above, and if I should come against these things, I wish that all the aforesaid properties and possessions should by that very fact be handed over to thee and to thy successors.
