This document exists as the acknowledgement of Ruby Fairchild, childe of Russel Collins to the agreement of service to Victoria Davenport, childe of Sir David Lynchburg. This document reflects the terms of agreement between Ruby Fairchild and Victoria Davenport under which Ruby Fairchild will labor while feeding in the territory of the Ecclesia.

With my blood as the ink, and my word and honor as the bonding glue for this document of agreement, I do so swear to this document and it’s intended function. So long as I hunt within the territory of the Ecclesia, in Carcosa Virginia, I shall be bound to the terms of agreement written hereby in this document from henceforth:

I shall, in agreement to hunt in the territory of the Ecclesia, agree to owe two small boons to Victoria Davenport, or the Invictus’ most senior in prestige, each year that I maintain this agreement. Should Victoria Davenport no longer maintain the territory officially, but a member of the Invictus does, I understand that this document will be considered still valid as an arrangement. But should the territory fall into the hands of a non-Invictus, I understand that I will be freed of this document’s bound agreement.

I, and my retainers, shall be expected to maintain dignity when dealing with members of the Invictus, and not act against the affairs of Victoria Davenport or the interests of the Invictus covenant within the city. Should I ask another Kindred or individual to do so, it would constitute a violation of this Oath which I swear to my Lord, Victoria Davenport and the Invictus covenant.

In the event that I am forced to act against this oath by supernatural compulsion, then said actions do not constitute a violation of this oath; however, I shall not willingly submit to any such supernatural affect as such would constitute a violation of this oath. Should such compulsion be forced upon me, I shall immediately leave when able so long as my life is not in danger and notify my Lord, Victoria Davenport, or the Invictus’ most senior in prestige, of the supernatural compulsion, what was spoken of and whom was present when it was afflicted upon me.

Should I wish to be free of this document’s binding nature, I must speak with Victoria Davenport, or the Invictus’ most senior in prestige, and be released from it in a manner befitting the Oath.

On this night, July 31st, I have witnessed this swearing of Oath by Ruby Fairchild to Victoria Davenport and hereby acknowledge and swear that such swearing was done without compulsion and of Ruby Fairchild’s own free will, Christian Maxwell
