Roulette is strictly a game of luck.
Bets are placed on a board then the wheel is spun. If the ball falls on your number, or in the range of number you picked, you win.

Rules
To roll a ball you use the !roulette command and the number displayed is the number the ball falls on after the wheel is spun. (Only one person needs do this command).
Winnings are tallied in the following fashion:
- If it falls on your number, you win 35:1.
- If it falls on the 1st, 2nd or 3rd sections you win 2:1.
- If it falls on Evens/Odds, Red/Black, or 1-18/19-36, you break even.
For simplicity sake in our game we won't allow betting on the line.
