The ride to the top floor of the penthouse is through a semi open glass elevator that speeds its way up the side of the building, providing a scenic look at the city of Carcosa.

The top floor penthouse suite keeps with the theme of the city with it's granite gray walls an steel an glass windows that overlook Carcosa's Ecclicia domain. The polished black marble floors gleam with city lights an the few recessed ceiling lights set high in the soaring ceilings. A few soaring palm trees brush against the skylights, on hot nights great black ceiling fans twirl causing the trees to sway specking the soft lighting into patterns on the floor. Recessed lighting shines upward on what actual solid walls there are. Each set of track lighting is designed to showcase massive paintings of classical painted nude figures. The furniture is minimal with a reassessed crescent moon couch facing the open veranda doors leading onto the terrace with a pool. A Well stocked bar is inset with dark wood paneling an gold accents.

The terrace is hemmed in by a gold railed glass fence. Emphasizing the shear 80 story drop to the street an the tops of the surrounding buildings. The flooring is a a dark wood with small golden ties around the inset pool. The waters of the pool are crystal clear with the sides painted black the bottom blood red, so that with the red pool lights it looks almost like a pool of blood.
