Located deep within the bowls of the MARTA system's unused rooms and tunnels, the Refuge de Monstre (Monster Haven) serves as a Nosferatu only Conclave. Though the area is still largely unusuable due to debris, old equipment, lack of power, or strange and aggressive vermin, its three, steel reinforced doors are well guarded with key-carded entry and cameras to ensure the utmosy of privacy. Inside, there's a spacious room with five comfortable futons for a weary Kindred to rest his head on during the day. A security room is also present, as well as a currently unused kennel. The common room has two large sofas, a coffee table and the white, old walls are decorated with colorful prints and fake potted plants which do a decent job of giving the place some life. Covered by one cloth is a large board and several unused tacks. The area has a fresh scent, though a faint, underlying scent of "old" and sterility still permeates the air.
