• Presage notifies new arrivals of territories in which they may hunt.
• Presage notifies new arrivals of claimed territories.
• Presage notifies new arrivals of the laws and positions within the city.
• Presage notifies all who arrive in Elysium of important announcements and those announcements given to the Presage by Kindred who are Valued or better.
• Presage guards the sanctity of the Elysium and may have violators of the sanctity removed for one [1] night. Bans longer than that are purvey of the Prince, alone.
• Presage may appoint one [1] assistant to be present within Elysium when they are not, and this assistant is called an Orator. Orators speak with the authority of the Presage when the Presage is not present at a particular Elysium and are expected to handle the tasks of the Presage.
