Mortal History

Grencia Moskovich was the first of his family to be born in America. Born to parents who had fled the Motherland as the stirrings of the Russian Revolution swept the country, Grencia came into this world on October 12, 1923. He would be the first child of three...followed by his brother, Petri, and his sister, Ovania.

Grencia's family would suffer through the Great Depression...his father finding little to no work and their mother coping as best she could through the worst of it. The lowpoint of the Depression for them came when Petri passed away in 1931 to pneumonia. Grencia would come to see those who were rich to be the ones to blame for the suffering in his young mindset.

As the New Deals program came into place and America steadily rebuilt itself, war loomed in the West and eventually the US was drawn into the second World War. Grencia, seeing a chance to not only escape the life of his father but also gain some money...signed up. He would be drafted into the 82nd Airborne Division of the Army, serving in the 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment.

His unit would eventually invade Sicily in July of 1943...eventually resulting in the capture of 22,000 troops upon the Axis side from the mass confusion the 82nd caused throughout the island. Eventually, his regiment would move into help the 3rd Battalion at Salerno Beach and eventually move on towards the Naples operation. Grencia saw much of the Italian front...until he got a ticket home after recieving a number of wounds and almost losing his leg from a courier run on a motorcycle race to inform 3rd Battalion of the coming forces to Red Beach.

As the war came to an end and Grencia came back to homelife, he found himself out of place amongst his family. His sister, Ovania, had married young to a soldier only to end up a widow with a child on the way. His father had to stop working due to the pain in his hands and his mother now washed clothes for the local neighbors and newly-weds to help with bills. Finding no peace for his thoughts of Italy, he started travelling, eventually coming to Chicago.

Coming in during the early 50s, Grencia would come to hear the music styles of jazz which was ranging into the freestyle and avant-garde to the more popular electric blues that was being produced in the wake of the war. Becoming keenly interested, he started taking lessons...speaking with some of the lesser famed musicians as he tried to become part of this new musical culture. It was his talent with the saxophone that would draw the attention of his sire, Josie Stockson. Josie was a black female that had grown up to the early forms of blues and gospel in the South. Barely older then two decades vampirically...she felt the thrall of her clan's weakness and took Grencia into the Danse Macabre on a whimsical Embrace of errant passion on December 13, 1953.

Kindred History

Grencia would spend five years with his sire in Chicago...becoming part of the Movement after his release, much like his sire. Though he was hardly a striving member of political activities...he did support much of his own sire's wishes until the 'newness' of his existence began to ebb. Eventually, he would leave the city after a particularly delusional and 'patriotic' Carthian accused him of supporting communistic ideals due to Grencia's opinions of those who were wealthy or 'endowed' and his Russian heritage.

Grenn Hennessy

Shedding his old life like a skin, Grencia became Grenn Hennessy, a chopper riding nomad that wandered eventually into Atlanta in 1958. Remembering his time stationed in Georgia during his training in the 82nd...the life was easy enough, enjoying the 'nomad' aspect he played upon during his time there. But Grenn eventually pissed the wrong person off...getting into a fight with another nomad by the name of Tramp travelling the same circuit outside Atlanta. Tramp felt that Grenn was trying to butt in on his feeding areas and the two came into conflict. The fight left him severely wounded and rather then just heal it off immediately...Grenn let himself drift into slumber.

Grenn would wake up around the early 70s, rising from his slumber and regaining function and health as much as he could. All would have been well but his face was still remembered by some of the kids growing up into the up-and-coming Hell's Angels around 1975. Grenn would then have to seek the help of Primogen Clementine Beaumont to avoid a masquerade breech, putting himself into her debt. And once more, the skin was shed and Ivan Pekrov was born, a philosophizing beatnik who indulged in music, drugs, and the vice of passion for his flock of free-minded ones.

Ivan Pekrov

As Ivan, he spent much time around mortals, becoming familiar again with the pulse of culture that was forming around him. Though beatniks had faded into hippies, he was still accepted and within the circle of free thought. It was here that Ivan was able to explore himself as well, going from merely a soldier with musical tastes to a free thinker. His earlier opinions on wealth were not regarded as communist propoganda but a similar voice among the vagrants of hippie society.

Ivan was not highly involved with the city, instead plying his time around the mortals he had come to like. It was here that Ivan also became familiar with 'free love' and drug experimentation. Though his own tristes with marijuana and LSD were brief, it provided catalysts for his own burdgeoning thoughts as he began to explore different ideals based upon his own virtues. But as the 70s faded into disco and rock'n'roll and good times, Ivan felt disassociation begin to set in as he faded into his next life.

Damien Morwitz

Damien Morwitz, was a barfly. Wherever there was a party..he was there, being the 'life' of the party. Fast times and fast women were his bread and butter and this would begin to show as rumors circulated around his activities as being a man of passion or just a downright hedonist. Though he never became addicted to the drugs he had messed with during the 70s, it didn't stop him from providing now and then to keep the festivities going.

It was also at this time that he had a small triste with some of the female Kindred of the city. Most of them were private...such as his small relationship with Eveline that would fade only after a couple of months. He also had a one-night stand with Clementine Beaumont and earning the ire of Catherine Jung due to his habits among the kine.

Damien would also start to sway back into vampiric politics as he attempted to take the Myrmidon seat from Eveline Carre in 1986, gaining some slight popularity amongst the Carthians due to his open mind and ability to talk with anyone openly. But he would fall short of actually 'dethroning' Eveline, resulting in disappointment by his former lover. Taking a backseat, Damien went back to the pleasures of the night...

Dimitri Vorian

As Dimitri, he found himself too comfortable in the life of a hedonist to just walk away. Though the parties were no longer as free swinging as the 80s had been, Dimitri was still comfortable schmoozing with up-and-comers throughout Atlanta's media starlet society. For a small time, he'd be a known playboy and lover of a few B-rated starlets of Atlanta, for a small time being in the tabloids when he dated a particular girl by the name of Vivian Crosse.

Using his minimal amount of fame and influence, Dimitri got involved in the scene...influencing more then one club closing its business when it decided to snub him at the velvet rope. Meanwhile, more then a few Kindred were beginning to note that as Dimitri, he had his fingers in a few pies rather then just going around and getting laid.

But with the fame, came the need to shed his identity again...as Dimitri Vorian was reported to have died in a terrible fire at his condo apartment in 1996, dental records validating the burned body as the former playboy. During that time, Dimitri became more involved in the Carthians again...keeping his visits in the city to just hunting, Elysium, and the Carthian gathering spots that had minimal public attendance.

Peter Krokov

Seeing a need to keep low key after his splash as a playboy, Peter went into jazz and blues as a small-time musician. Few mortals recalled the man Dimitri Vorian as he was after all dead and faded from memory after 4 years of inactivity..it also helped that no one could match a picture ID to the man.

Peter has so far been more restrained in his pursuits, keeping things low key but building his assests. Time has made him more experienced and Peter finds more of his thoughts turned inwards rather then expressed through his appetites for things he hadn't possessed overly in life. The music has become his channel for most of his usual activities..though that doesn't stop him from enjoying himself now and then.

As a Carthian, Peter has earned himself another rumor after a brief and pleasurable experience with the Hierophant's childer, Araseli Luna. But rather then play upon it and build it up...he allowed it to die after having a bit of fun with the Hierophant herself with small verbal spats. Meanwhile, there's talks among the inner circle of the Carthians that Peter is looking at attempting to gain the Myrmidon seat again...or possibly Primogen.

In truth, Peter's main goal now is possibly sharing his unlife with another...as he's thought more and more upon the idea of gaining a retainer who could share his nightly experiences...or possibly a childer.

Recent History

Much of Peter's past in the city is mostly forgotten with the exception of his supposed decadence. Krokov was always one to hold the cards close to his chest. He bragged of being a hedonist but would hardly ever reveal the women he had been with or any elboration on what took place. At most, others would have considered him a Carthian in only name as he seemed to be less involved in politics then his appetites.

When Connelly took over praxis of the city, Peter decided to lay back down for a nap. When he arose again, most of the former Carthians were gone...having decided to find new loyalties. Krokov was a man confused as those he considered comrades were now in other camps. So, having no other compatriots, he resolved to become something new himself as well. Attempting his hands at politics, he tried to form a new governing system to the Carthians and deal with the new members of the Movement.

In short, he failed. His lusts were often driving him to distraction as well as his inabilities as a politician. He was too nice and open, which resulted in others taking advantage of his generosity as well as dismissing his ideas. Eventually, frustrated with the lack of change in not only the world around him but himself, the Daeva resolved to rest once more in hopes that next time he woke...his ambitions would not be so wasted.

Lovers

Peter, in his time in the city has had the delight of various females of Kindred and mortal alike. For amusement, these are the ladies of the night who have coloured his appeties and past:
