A pristinely white building, with a two-foot wide, hundred and fifty foot tall flag pole with an equally huge American Flag flying proudly in front of it, the Patriot Guns & Knives store presents itself as the all-American right to bear arms by boldly proclaiming Gunshop on it’s front visage.

The owner, Benjamin Dunbar, as you’d expect, is extremely patriotic and served in the Desert Storm war. He doesn’t tolerate hippy bullshit, and if you spout it in his store he’ll personally remove you from it. He also doesn’t like to be considered a “redneck”. He considers himself an American who served as a Marine first and foremost and is now making himself an honest living.

The walls are lined with guns – some of the latest models, makes and also some of the most fantastic historical weapons to be found in the Carcosa-metro area as well. Since the shop is located in the Amptons, his patrons generally have an appreciation for the relaxed lifestyle and share similar opinions of the owner. Thugs need not apply.

One of the most appreciated stories of the store, which Benjamin loves to tell himself, is when he singlehandedly battered down, tied up and made a gang of four thugs strip down to their boxers after failing an attempt to rob his store using the smash and grab method. Oh yeah, did we forget to mention that Benjamin was a special ops Marine?
