In the Ordo Dracul, a Parliamentarian is a kindred chosen from the ranks of the Oracles to lead and conduct meetings of the Sworn of Mysteries. He also has a partial veto power, in that if he and any other oracle disagree with some motion, that motion is defeated immediately.
