At one time, Oak Hills was the property of Emmett DuBois, childe of Bridget Connelly. DuBois was an Artemid and from 1942 until around 2006, he hosted hunts for the local Invictus and invited guests of various prey. Oak Hills itself has been purchased recently and repaired by Themesis who are in the process of refurnishing it after the departure of DuBois.
The plantation itself rests on 40 acres of land on the edge of Vinings, along the out-skirts of the city. As aforementioned, the sprawling antebellum plantation house and gardens has been host to numerous Christmas and seasonal events for kindred and mortals alike.
