Description

North Vista Hospital occupies a particularly tumultuous place in Las Vegas' North Las Vegas area. Technically one of the closest Hospitals to The Strip, it's also almost completely shunned by all Casinos there. This doesn't particularly hurt the revenue of the hospital itself, but it keeps it from contending with some of the larger hospitals in the region. It services mainly Sunrise Manor, though it is not a part of that area itself.

The CEO of the hospital, an avid gambler, has outstanding debts at several of the casinos for off-the-recordbooks transactions. A lover of the ladies and all things fine in life, the Casinos littering the centerpiece of Las Vegas often would bribe him with gifts to have him come play regularly in their casinos. It wasn't until he skipped out on actually playing at several of the casinos that they realized he was doing it to all of them. That's when the strip Casinos stopped shipping medical emergencies there. The CEO? He doesn't mind, he has other offers regularly. After all, when he does spend his money, he spends it en masse.

Benefit

Blood Drive. Las Vegas' Kindred are starving and you have access to Kindred heaven: a hospital. Knowing the people at the top, like the CEO or his multitude of his assistants and administrators, allows for you to get in where you're not being constantly watched by security. Once per week you can raid the blood storages of the hospital for a decadent heist (or gorging) on their stored blood and may take up to 5 vitae's worth (about 20 blood packs) of preserved blood. This also allows you to exceed the normal 20 vitae stored max limit, but only while you have this benefit. If you lose the benefit in a following week, you cannot store anymore vitae until your stores dip below 20.
