Description

The temple is set in a small clearing in the woods, about 100 yards back from the end of a dead-end street in a half abandoned neighborhood in Forest Park. The temple itself is made of fieldstone collected undoubtedly from nearby, and is flanked on all sides except the front by a profusion of wild looking plants. Their appearance bely the fact that they are actually well-tended. On the north side of the compound, most of the plants are made up from wild roses (this area of the garden gives -1 to the composure attribute). On the south side, they're made up of a variety of wild flowers, along with a small pool of water and two benches (this side of the garden gives +1 to the composure attribute). On the east side, it's mostly bushes and trees which hide a single well tended rose plant from usual view. The temple itself faces west.

The front of the temple is flanked by two stone lions. It has no doors, but enters immediately into the main hall of the building. At the end opposite the door, between two small rooms, is a large statue of the lioness-headed Goddess Sekhmet. Equal-distant between the door and the large statue are six other statues of a smaller size placed three on a side, opposite each other. There are also two rooms at the front of the temple, full of pillows and rugs - in addition, a few plush pillows and rugs dot the temple itself. Visitors learn to be wary of these comfortable oasis due to the number of both venomous and nonvenomous snakes which often find them comfortable as well.
