Nekros, Level 2 Ritual

Description
The vampire spends 5 minutes in a chant to the dead then bites his tongue and spills her vitae onto the ground. If the ritual succeeds, wisps of voluminous fog rise from where the vitae was spilt and spread slowly throughout the surrounding area.
System
Within minutes of a successful cast, blankets of fog cover the earth and spiral above in random streamers (as if it were a real, albeit incredibly dense, fog), spreading in a radius of 15 yards per success garnered on the roll. Each minute that passes after 10 diminishes this area by 3 yards. Apart from it’s visual obscuring qualities (a person is considered "substantially concealed" while in the fog) the fog also reveals any ghosts as translucent silhouettes to all onlookers.
If the caster spends a willpower in addition to the vitae required, whispers of the dead as well as groans and moans can also be heard but only for 2 minutes per willpower spent, but they cease and fall silent if the ghost travels beyond the edge of the fog.
