Mentor

Mentors (the merit) on suspire are generally Kindred who are outside of the city and can only deal with your character on a limited basis. Mentors functions include calls which the Storytellers can run for you, which could be advice-giving sessions, or learning from them with skills, merits or disciplines.

For those interested, mentors are actually stat'd and have their own specific rules and should be looked up at under the House Rules section of the suspire website.
