From SuspireWiki
Name: Maurice Felton
Position/Title: Prince
Clan: Mekhet
Covenant: Invictus
Leanings: Carthian Movement
Known Information: Maurice is a young Kindred, he couldn’t possibly be more than twenty years old. It’s well known he once lived in Las Vegas as a young Invictus languishing on the lowest rungs of the ladder, but when he learned that Reno had such a high turnover of Kindred, he saw it as the perfect opportunity to advance without all that pesky work. He arrived in Reno with four ghouls and promptly threatened the old Prince to leave or die. The old Prince decided Reno wasn’t worth death and packed up, then Maurice claimed it for himself; no politicking necessary. And well, since it was Reno, no one really gave a fuck. He is, to say the least, a liberal Invictus Prince. Some of the laws he makes (then often changes his mind about) are far more Carthian than any thing else. In general his laws go unenforced, but he seems content with that as long as every one calls him Duke - which Invictus know he only got because of the 100 year (who even heard of that!) Oath of Fealty to the High Prince.
Rumors: Other Invictus despise Maurice as every thing that’s wrong with youth today. The Carthians invite Maurice to their meetings then Majesty the hell out of him and that’s how they get away with so much. He has secret plans to try to take over Las Vegas as well, but no one knows what the plan precisely is. It’s said Maurice is an elaborate joke-Prince put in place by the Carthian Movement from Albuquerque to prove that Princes aren’t even necessary. Maurice is a blood addict. He once frenzied on a man for refusing to call him Duke.
