Description
With the Fremont East being heavily revitalized by Las Vegas, it first moved to host more than a few bureaucratic, banking and political headquarters. With so many new buildings being put up, the plainly named "Las Vegas Campaign Center" (in Spanish) doesn't at all look to stand out past the non-English lettering on it's side. Located on the bottom floor of a city-owned skyrise which caters to more than a few of the local casinos, the office of the Campaign Center are laid out similar to a simple hall that's cloistered away from the elevators and other offices on the same floor.
Indeed, one has to walk a good twenty feet before the door to the "center" presents itself. Inside are tables set up with computers connected to generic pre-determined search areas, and almost always a good amount of Hispanic men and women lurking about, discussing things in Spanish. These things generally are about local interests, such as laws being debated that apply to the gambling, banking or transport industry.
It isn't until you've been around the place long enough that you realize it simply just doesn't feel right. People are too generic when they talk about things, similar to how an individual is paid to call and check up on Cancer victims -- interested sounding, but they're just not really there in the conversation. Locals who are familiar with the long-standing Casino ownership of the area and do their research come to find out that it's one of the set ups around the town for locals to bring dirty money and infuse it with legit money... in a back room.
Benefit
Sticky Fingers. Having done your research, you've come to find out that you can push money that normally wouldn't be touchable without some serious laundering through difficult avenues with relative ease. When combined with the Fiscal use "Gain Access to Fradulent Sums of Money. (Gain +1 Expense Dot per success that may be used on retail-purchasable items (ie. not a home or vehicle). Requires a successful Subterfuge check when used against NPCs.)" you automatically do not need to launder the money to make it legit. This benefit may only be used once per week.
