The Prince supports the three sacred Traditions.
The prince decides when a kindred may be destroyed.
The Prince protects and the Prince punishes.
The prince alone grants the right to embrace.
The prince decides when, and what to award.
Acknowledgement
Every unacknowledged kindred will have a week to present themselves to the prince, and receive acknowledgement. Unaligned will need to receive sponsorship from either their respective priscus, or a valued kindred to be acknowledged.
Elysium
Elysium is sacred. Violence, and destruction of property, will be dealt with severely. The Prince declares the Elysium grounds. The prince declares the proper Elysium behavior. The master of elysium implements both.
Petitions
Petitions are accepted by the Herald or Clan Prisci. Recognized Kindred can request that a matter be brought before the Court seven days prior to a formal Court. Valued Kindred may raise subjects during a Court with no prior warning.
Domains
The prince declares the domain holders. The domain holders will need to supply to the Actuary a detailed report of who is feeding in their territory every month, or if requested by the Prince or Actuary. Domain Holders will be responsible for the condition of their domain, they will be able to handle territory disputes, as long as they operate within the boundaries set by the law. Only if a matter is severe enough, should it be brought to the attention of the prince. Matters that could possibly lead to straining the masquerade, like overhunting due to poaching, can be brought to the attention of the hound
Feeding
People who wish to feed within the boundaries of the city, will have to make arrangements with a domain holder, to feed in said domain. The Herald will notify them of the condition of each domain. Feeding somewhere, without permission, will be dealt with, severely.
