Regarding the Traditions...

Regarding the Final Death...

...No Kindred may be put to Final Death within the city of Atlanta.

Regarding Nomads and Unacknowledgeds...

...Nomads and Unacknowledgeds have not proved themselves worthy to feed with any decree of right, but neither should they be made to starve or not hunt. These unprivileged individuals may not hunt more than twice [2] in the period of seven [7] days within each of the Free Zone Fields. If they wish to have a stable hunting ground, they should speak with an official Territory holder who may set corvee at their own discretion to allow them to hunt there at their own leisure and not constrained by numbers.

...Nomads and Unacknowledgeds have no rights save to hunt in the manner so mentioned above.

Regarding Territories...

...If one has the honor of being granted their own stable hunting grounds, they should use it, instead of utilizing the free zones Fields at their whim.

...Territory holders may tithe, request favor or otherwise charge (loyer) for the privilege of a stable hunting ground and living area.

...Territory holders are expected to provide information to the Actuary when they ask on behalf of the Prince. Territory holders who do not comply and find themselves in a bind from an overhunting of their domain will find themselves punished, publicly, for their immature and dangerous actions.

...Territory holders are expected to handle territory disputes on their own, so long as they break no law of the land, which are not limited to, but include: poaching of wheat, loyer, theft of wheat and infringement of influence. Only when a situation is severe should it be requested to be overseen by Prince at a court.

Regarding the Free Zone Fields...

...The Free Zone Fields are currently Panthersville and East Point.

...the Free Zone Fields are specifically for Nomads and Unacknowledgeds who have not integrated themselves into the city by means of approaching a Territory holder and obtaining rights to a stable hunting ground.

...No one may hunt in one particular Free Zone Field more than twice [2] in a period of seven [7] days. Punishment for infringement of this will be severe.

...Actuary is tasked with overseeing these Fields and reporting to the Prince regularly on their health.

Regarding the Broaching of Requests to the Prince...

...At Court, Kindred who are Valued may speak out on their own, otherwise, topics must be broached by a Kindred’s Priscus (or Whip, if the Priscus is not present) at the open-floor period of time. Court officers are exempt from this rule.

...Requests of private audience must also be brought to request of the Prince by a Prisci or a Court official; otherwise, such requests of audience must be done publicly, in Elysium, where all Kindred may hear.
