1. The Traditions will be upheld. Final judgement on a breach of Tradition is the Prince's.
2. Small Court will be held every other Sunday. Large Court will be held as necessary. Concerns before Small Court must be properly introduced by an officer of the Court. Concerns before Large Court must be registered prior with the Seneschal or designated official.
3. Domain holders, Regency holders, and Title holders are officers of the Court.
4. Those of the Ordo Dracul and the Lancea Sanctum will be known as such.
5. All Property in Las Vegas belongs to the Prince. She is gracious enough to allow others use of it. There will be no alterations or new constructions without permission.
6. The administration of sites of mystical importance is sole discretion of the Prince. The Prince may take advisement from the Primogen of Occult Affairs.
7. No public Kindred gatherings will be held outside of the Las Vegas Strip.
8. Offices of the Primogen will be granted upon demonstration of sufficient capacity for advisement.
9. Those who seek debts in Las Vegas and leave without proper dispensation of debt will be Blood Hunted.

Violations of the law are punishable by final death.
