- One: That the Traditions will be upheld. To breach is considered a High Crime.
- Two: That those seeking to Embrace must have rights for their childer to hunt before the Embrace.
- Three: That territory claims, no matter the size, must be denoted by personal mark.
- Four: That tithes will be collected at the pleasure of the Prince.
- Five: That drawing weapon or claw or animal or Obfuscation in Elysium shall be considered a High Crime unless extenuating circumstance is declared by Prince, Seneschal or Reeve.
- Six: That the Reeve may freely enlist any in the city to aid him in duties.
- Seven: That those who take part in the murder and torpor of those of the Blood shall be held accountable for their doings.
