1700’s

1717 –

Winter: As the first Kindred in the area, a Gangrel Unaligned traveling with a childe arrive in the territories of what will become Atlanta in time. They prey upon the few Native American peoples of the area and are soon called U`tlûñ'ta by the local natives.

There are no known “covenant” Kindred at this time.
Note on “U`tlûñ'ta”: Among the Cherokee there is a legend of a terrible bloodthirsty ogress who slaughters people and eats their livers. Known as the U`tlûñ'ta, this she-creature can adopt any shape or appearance to suit her purpose, but in her right form she looks very much like an old woman, except that her whole body is covered with a skin as hard as a rock that no weapon can penetrate. On her right hand she has a long, stony forefinger made from hard bone, shaped like an awl or the head of a spear. She uses this ghastly weapon to stab whomever she encounters. Because of this fearsome weapon she is called U`tlûñ'tä, or 'Spear-finger'. Some people call her Nûñ'yunu'ï, or 'Stone-dress' because of her stony skin. By whatever name she is called, though, this vengeful and bloodthirsty creature is to be deeply feared.

1732 –

Fall: A group of philanthropists were granted a royal charter as the Trustees of the Province of Georgia. They carefully selected the first group of colonists to send to the new colony. The colony was established to provide the “worthy poor” of England a place to reestablish themselves as productive citizens.

1752 –

Summer: The philantropol government fails and Georgia becomes a royal colony again with a Governor appointed by the British king.

1763 –

Spring: The third Kindred to enter the areas that would become Atlanta is a Ventrue (more specifically an Icarian fleeing what was the Icarian heresy in Europe), of the Lancea Sanctum, who had learned of the growing interest in making the area both a trade-post and route for goods to be shipped through the southern-colonies. This Kindred is named George Jameston, and he attempts to start what he believes will become a Lancea Sanctum bastion in the New World.

This is the start of the first “covenant” Kindred. Total Kindred: 3

1765 –

Summer: The three Kindred accidentally meet after an outbreak of sickness in the local tribe of the area. All three were investigating what they believe to be their own and untainted herd, when they happened upon each other. While they were not openly aggressive – because they did not know if the other was strong or not – they did not leave the meeting on good terms. The Gangrel sire introduced herself as “Galilahi” while the Gangrel childe introduced himself as “Oo-na-gah” – the introductions were less than cordial, and more of threatening. Jameston, not a fool, backed down to the pair of Gangrel, though he swore he would bring others.

Total Kindred: 3

1776 –

Summer: Georgia revolts against British rule by signing the Declaration of Independence.

1777 –

Spring: Georgia establishes it’s first state constitution.

1783 –

Fall: The Kindred are ransacked in a fury by a local Werewolf pack who learned of the “U`tlûñ'ta” and all three are slain. None of the Werewolves suffer any malady or injury.

Total Kindred: 0

1787 –

Spring: Three Kindred allies of George Jameston arrive in the city, prepared to meet the two Gangrel Unaligned called “Galilahi” and “Oo-na-gah”. When they find traces of Jameston (but only bits and pieces of his journal that had not rotted away) but no Jameston, they band together and embrace, and this is the beginning of Kindred society in the area which would become Atlanta Georgia. The Three original Kindred are two Lancea Sanctum, one Mekhet and one Ventrue, by the names of Barbaro Vicario and Isabel Montiago, respectively, and one Daeva Invictus by the name of Caroline Bonner.

Total Kindred: 6 – Four Lancea Sanctum and Two Invictus.

1788 –

Spring: Georgia becomes the fourth state to sign the Constitution of the United States.

Summer: Georgia establishes it’s second state constitution.

1794 –

Fall: A young and lone Circle of the Crone Gangrel named “Adahy” makes his way into the territory. After accidentally skirmishing with the Lancea Sanctum in the area he immediately goes into hiding, mainly for the protection of his own hide. He stakes out a claim in the southern-most area of what would become Atlanta.

Total Kindred: 7 – Four Lancea Sanctum, Two Invictus and One Circle of the Crone.

1799 –

Winter: Georgia establishes it’s third state constitution.

1800’s

1809 –

Spring: Because of the small number of Kindred, the Sanctified and Invictus do not seem to be interested in setting up an organized city. Instead, they work on helping each other to survive in the still-rugged wilderness that is the North Georgia area. Thaddeus Fibbins, the childe of the Mekhet Sanctified, falls into a trap used by the Cherokee to catch prey. He is unable to get out before the sun rises and subsequently dies. The remaining Sanctified and Invictus, who do not know what has befallen the young Kindred, assume the worst and barricade themselves in, preparing for a Werewolf attack that never comes.

Fall: Adahy, desperate to improve his chances in the local area, strikes an uneasy truce with the local Werewolves because of the first real traces of white settlement beginning. They agree to prey upon the white settlers in hopes that they’ll be scared away from “their” lands. In doing so, the Werewolves and the vampire accidentally trigger what is already a fear in the local whites over “barbaric” and “dangerous” native peoples. Several of the peaceful Cherokee Indians are slain on sight.

Total Kindred: 6 – Three Lancea Sanctum, Two Invictus and One Circle of the Crone.

1823 –

Summer: A fresh crop of white settlers arrive because the area was opened to white settlement. The Werewolves blame Adahy for the bad luck and attempt to kill him. Adahy shifts to the form of a bat and evades, but remains within the city.

Winter: An Ordo Dracul Mekhet by the name of Gregory Krailo arrives in the city after an individual he was chasing the dragon’s tail after moves in for settlement. Immediately he is found by the childe of the Daeva Invictus, named Hakan, during hunting. Gregory Krailo is asked to speak with the sire, Caroline Bonner, and he does. While the Lancea Sanctum do not know of the arrival of the Dragon, the Invictus sees a possible ally and provides a small home for Gregory Krailo.

Total Kindred: 7 – Three Lancea Sanctum, Two Invictus, One Circle of the Crone and One Ordo Dracul.

1824 –

Spring: Gregory Krailo finds out the temperament of the Lancea Sanctum. This disturbs him. In order to start evening the odds, Gregory Krailo embraces a childe named Charlotte Craimer.

Total Kindred: 8 – Three Lancea Sanctum, Two Invictus, Two Ordo Dracul, One Circle of the Crone.

1825 –

Fall: Gregory Krailo convinces Hakan to embrace for him as a favor.

Total Kindred: 9 – Three Lancea Sanctum, Three Ordo Dracul, Two Invictus, One Circle of the Crone.

1826 –

Summer: Gregory Krailo embraces another childe, named Catherine Jung.

Total Kindred: 10 – Four Ordo Dracul, Three Lancea Sanctum, Two Invictus, One Circle of the Crone.

1836 -

1838 –

Winter: Anthony Anderson, a Mekhet, arrives in Atlanta alone, at the time he claims to be a member of the Invictus and is mostly welcomed by the covenant.

1839 -

1840 -

1847 –

Spring: There is a huge Kindred-thrown “Incorporation” party (when Atlanta became incorporated as a city), which turns into a mortal bash in the streets of the city. An Unaligned nomad named Frank McKinney over-revels in the celebration and winds up killing a mortal in a spectacular and horrible Masquerade breach. The Invictus, of which there are now five, spazz out. The Lancea Sanctum attempts to get McKinney passed as a Circle of the Crone, but fail, and the squabbling after which allows the Ordo Dracul Michael Winchester, a Nosferatu, to ascend as the first Prince of the city. This is not because of any particular violence, but because of the squabbling, feelings in the city were hurt and the supposed-neutral party within the Ordo Dracul seemed to be a good choice.

1848 -

1852 -

1858 –

Summer: Tensions rise among the mortal population as they can “sense” war (the Civil War) on the horizon. Such tensions transfer to the Kindred population. After an enterprising Unaligned Daeva by the name of Geraldine, only Geraldine, came in and managed to sleep her way to gaining information about Arthur Britmann's (an Invictus) bank contact, she killed the contact. This, since no one expected Geraldine (she was quite innocent appearing), caused Britmann to accuse another member of the Invictus, Vincent Boston, unjustly. In what was considered by Catherine Jung to be a gross overreaction, Britmann challenged Boston to Monomacy. Boston died.

Winter: Two other Unaligned, self-professed Mercenaries and Information Brokers named Chas Houston and Jeremy Dudley, arrive in the city. Geraldine, boasting in an indulgence of her own vanity and pride, tells Houston about her triumph over the Invictus. He sells this information to Arthur Britmann and the Invictus reacts accordingly. Michael Winchester threatens the entirety of the city about shedding too much blood in an attempt to cool the flaring tempers of the city. It works, for the most part.

1861 –

Spring: Georgia joins the Confederate States of America.

Summer: Georgia establishes it’s forth state constitution.

1862 –

Winter: Kindred of the city seem disturbed by the almost certain war looming on the horizon and several take to torpor.

1864 –

Spring: Siege of Atlanta by Union General, William T. Sherman, begins.

Fall: Confederate General John Bell Hood evacuates Atlanta after the four month long siege. In this evacuation, Hood orders all buildings burned and anything that could aid the Union troops burned as well. A number of Kindred die in this act. The day after the evacuation, the city is surrendered.

Winter: Sherman orders the civilian population to evacuate the city and then city to be burned to the ground; however, at the urging of a Sanctified contact, Father Thomas O’Reilly, Sherman does not burn the city’s churches or hospitals, giving the remaining Kindred a place to seek shelter. Covenant boundaries are temporarily forgotten in spite of any harsh feelings as they all attempted to survive.

1865 –

Spring: Georgia establishes it’s fifth state constitution.

Summer: The 13th Amendment to abolish slavery was ratified.

1867 –

Spring: Because of military interference (Georgia was essentially under martial law), 80% of the Georgia state convention was African American. The whites responded violently, but on the African Americans – not on the army. This actually lasted until 1888. The Ku Klux Klan was very active in Georgia during this time.

Spring: From the North, another Kindred influx happens – with tensions occurring between the “native” Kindred and the “outsider” Kindred. The Prince, Michael Winchester, attempts again to sate the tempers and grants many domains at this time. This seems to be agreeable to the majority, though some – particularly the oldest – are not pleased by this parceling of the land.

1868 –

Summer: The 14th Amendment, guaranteeing citizenship to everyone but Native Americans, was ratified.

Summer: Georgia establishes it’s sixth state constitution.

1869 -

1870 –

Winter: A coterie of nomadic Kindred, (Opal Wiggins, Kevin Dueschan, Herbert Vines and "Pocked") groups up with Chas Houston and Jeremy Dudley. The group, now six, immediate sets forth and takes over the domain granted to Arthur Britmann (which became Five Points), an Ordo Dracul named Justin Groves (which became East Point) and Barbaro Vicario (which was Decatur) by force. This act, coupled with the forceful act of the nomadic Kindred into many sectors of the city, universally turns individuals into distrusting and disliking of any nomadic and outsider Kindred. After this, members of the group tended to disappear without a trace for a couple years, with the only remaining individual, Chas Houston, joining the Ordo Dracul for protection.

1877 –

Winter: Georgia establishes it’s seventh state constitution.

1882 –

Fall: Werewolves calling themselves “Sherman's Match” show up at a Kindred gathering thrown by Bridget Connelly. They demand to know the identity of a Kindred that no one recognizes who they claim was encroaching on their territory – Decatur. A member of the Ordo Dracul, Christopher Kline, is called in, because no one else knows how (or wants) to handle a group of Werewolves. The Werewolves are not amused. They kill Kline and ruin the party for everyone like a bunch of jerks. The Prince, Winchester, tells everyone to evacuate Decatur, but the Lancea Sanctum (of which Barbaro Vicario is the domain holder there) refuse.

1883 –

Spring: The childe of Vicario, David Tungsten, is slain by Sherman's Match. The Ordo Dracul don’t do anything, and the Circle of the Crone throw a party in which 15 animals are slain. Kindred are either too afraid to go or find the party in bad taste (some believe that was one in the same) and few show. Jacque "Jack" DuPont steps up to become known as the Bishop for the Lancea Sanctum. The Crone take open bets on his lifespan, and two of them claim to get rich.

1888 –

Summer: U.S. Army soldiers pull out of Fort McPherson. Several Invictus try to hide the fact that they lose the majority of their fortunes. Those Invictus quickly go into torpor.

1892 –

Fall: Several of the Kindred who went into torpor prior to the Civil War return. Most Kindred who survived call them cowards. Those rising from torpor point out that the Kindred who are dead can’t call them anything.

1900’s

1903 -

1904 -

1906 –

Fall: With newspapers splashing articles daily about white women being attacked and raped by black men, white men riot and attack anything of color in the Downtown Atlanta area. Over 70 people are injured and at least 27 people die, although real death counts may be much higher. This becomes known as the Atlanta Race Riot.

1907 –

Spring: With the NAACP taking an active interest in Atlanta, spurred by the Atlanta Race Riot, members of the Carthian Movement begin to arrive. Notably, they call themselves the Experiment. Kindred in the city are dubious. Anthony Anderson, still a member of the Invictus, sees in these young Kindred a way to power. He is not dubious of them, and instead, invites them into his home for more than a few talks and discussions. The Carthians themselves do not mind.

1911 -

Spring: After it's found that Adahy has finally succumbed to torpor, and Bishop DuPont publicly challenges a young member of the Circle of the Crone, with boasting that involved talk of God and Gods for protection. The young nomadic Crone backed down horribly and soon after was believed to have fled the city, but was in fact killed by the still-secret Hierophant for not standing up against the Bishop. This sets off a series of events that nearly culminate in war. He backs off with a grumbled apology, clearly as a means to keep the peace than out of any true sorrow over his actions.

1915 –

Summer: Another race riot breaks out and demonstrates America’s anti-semitism. When Leo Frank is acquitted of murdering a white employee, he is kidnapped from prison with help of his guards and lynched by a rioting mob.

1916 –

Winter: A Crone neonate named Franklin More, in Court, accuses Catherine Jung of somehow finding and feeding from human "vessels" intended for sacrifice in Acolyte rites, in order to make them unsuitable. Jung lashes back, explaining at great length why the allegations are entirely absurd (how, after all, would she know about such, and why would she care?) The Acolyte neonate ends up chastised by Prince Winchester for bringing up such improbable and "clearly bogus" allegations against a well-established Kindred during Court. Afterward Marissa Carisle is said to have brutally thrashed the neonate, for the accusations leveled against her "sister". A few nights later, More flees the city in bitter shame.

1921 –

Winter: Anthony Anderson cuts ties to the Invictus and claims to join the Carthian Experiment. The Invictus are not amused. Anderson, Trey King, Eveline Carre and some of the other members of the Carthians begin entrenching themselves in both sides of the law. Other Kindred at this time are distrusting and the Carthian group encounters a good deal of resistance to this action.

1922 -

Summer: Trey King is made Prefect for the Carthian Movement.

1924 -

1930 –

Spring: The Great Depression hits Atlanta. Big Business like Coca-Cola and Bell Aircraft attempt to bail out the city with limited success. No one debates that the Invictus is hit the hardest by this, and several more of them slip into torpor. The Prince, Michael Winchester, attempts to persuade the destitute Kindred that it’s just a passing fad and that all would be well within the next year to try and dissuade more from entering torpor. In the following years, the Circle of the Crone and the Lancea Sanctum alike experience the strongest growth in a very long time, and Marissa Carisle announces that she is Hierophant. The Ordo Dracul continued as it ever did.

1932 -

Fall: Following the eclipse of Arthur Britmann, his childe James William Hopkins steps up to claim the Gangrel Priscus spot for the clan. He uses his initial period to try and set things in order.

1933 -

1935 -

1939 –

Fall: Soldiers return to Fort McPhearson to train for World War II. This revitalizes the local economy, however, the Invictus as a major entity, are not around to enjoy it. Instead, the Carthians start to take control of the influence sectors of the city.

1941-

1942 -

Summer: The little feud between sire (Hakan) and childe (William Talbit) reaches a boiling point. Talbit's only prized ghoul comes up dead. Talbit immediately blames Hakan, but seems to take no action in retaliation. A month later, in a freak accident, a bull dozer engaged in the re-landscaping of a neighbors yard is driven into Hakan's house during day light hours. While Hakan is not killed, he does slip into torpor following the event. No one can prove Talbit was involved (although everyone suspects), and Trey King keeps the event minor in the papers.

Fall: Emmett DuBois and James William Hopkins establish a division of the Fellowship of Artemis. A weekend retreat is offered to kindred of prestige at the time, at his Oak Hills Plantation. The first night is the hunt, the second night is a ball in period garb.

1944 -

1945 –

Fall: World War II ends and soldiers are shipped away from Fort McPhearson. However, the Carthians now are considered to be a strong entity within the city itself and it’s influence. In a freakish accident, the Prince, Michael Winchester, disappears. The Ordo Dracul pretend initially that nothing is wrong, but soon are called out by the more politically oriented individuals of the city and are forced into a confession wherein they say that don’t know what happened to him. Anthony Anderson, bolstered by the support of his covenant-mates, takes control of the city. An Ordo Dracul named Dexter Hepburn threatens the Carthians with retribution but gets killed by a makeshift set of weapons (pool balls and sticks) at a local bar two nights later. The Sanctified are dubious on the switch over, but see a Carthian as better than an Ordo Dracul Prince and give support based on that. The Invictus are too weak for anyone to give a shit and the Circle of the Crone bargain out rights for their support. After the death of Hepburn, the Ordo stand down. George Fowler, a member of the Carthian Experiment, disappears without a trace. Some suspicions arise, but non can be pointed towards anyone.

Winter: Georgia establishes it’s eighth state constitution.

1946 –

Spring: Prince Anderson, once he felt his place was secured, began developing aspects of his style of government and making the necessary changes. While there was naturally grumbling and cursing, he came up with very strong, very simple style of government which was implemented with help from his covenant.

Summer: Anthony Anderson approaches Bridget Connelly of the Invictus about performing as his Seneschal. She accepts right away.

1947 -

Summer: Linus Walker embraces his first and only known childe, William Crenshaw, without having obtained the prior permission of Anthony Anderson, and it's taken by many to be an indirect challenge to the defector's right to rule. The move by the habitually moderate Walker catches many offguard with it's potentially dangerous implications, and it's only through the machinations of Bridget Connelly that things are smoothed over without violence.

1951 –

Spring: Atlanta receives the All-American city award for rapid growth and high standard of living. This in turn causes another influx of multiple Kindred. Those around still from when the nomadic Kindred banded together in the coterie and seized aspects of the city’s influence are immediately put-off and many of them go into torpor or become outspoken against nomads again. They claim their efforts in doing this prevented another gross influence problem like before. Most Kindred write them off as being self-supportive.

1953 -

Summer: An Unaligned Kindred who had just come into the city disappears, much like George Fowler did in 1945. About a week later, the Hierophant, Marissa Carisle, manages to get Ester Camin, Trey King's childe, to confess that she had committed Amaranth on both the Unaligned and Fowler. Mekhet from several Covenants agree to this after investigating Camin, and she is quickly brought to justice by the Hierophant who took matters into her own hands, by falling under her sword in a public execution. Carisle announces that the Circle stands by the Prince and the Traditions, and that there will be no refuge for Law-breakers in the Circle of the Crone.

1960 -

Fall: While normally it wouldn't be a major event, the fact that it is Prince Anderson embracing a childe gains city-wide attention on the relatively unexpecting and unprepared fledgling Mildred Winters. Irritated by the hype of the embrace, the Prince pulls Winters out of the limelight and has her mostly fraternizing with just the Carthians.

1962 -

Spring: In what's the first real open disagreement with Prince Anderson's methods of government, Catherine Jung openly chastises the Prince for spending too much time away from his city affairs. She criticizes his choice to sire, with the stipulation that if he were going to let his city duties falter (he had been a bit absent and lackadaisical) then he shouldn't have embraced at all. The disagreement promptly turns into an "if you wouldn't have left..." argument and the Prince draws open fangs. He's escorted out by Eveline Carre and Trey King mainly as a means for cool down.

1963 -

Spring: Having slowly integrated herself into Kindred society over the past three years Mildred 'Millie' Winters is released. However, when Winters is released she immediately is considered Unaligned. The Invictus as a whole, still unforgetting of Prince Anderson's prior place within the Kindred of Quality scoff and laugh (where they can) about the childe of the Prince going Unaligned. Rumors fly everywhere about the relationship she has ultimately with Anderson and her ability as a Kindred.

1964 -

1965 -

Spring: In a very public spat with Trey King, Marissa Carisle argues that Trey King would run the Carthian Movement into the ground and that Prince Anderson should be the rightful Prefect, instead of King. After this incident, the Circle of the Crone - via Carisle - refuses to acknowledge King as the working leadership for the Carthians. Kindred speculate wildly about the pair's previous contact: some suggest they were more than just associates, but that their relationship (if they had one) turned horribly sour. In any event, Carisle and King are not seen together at all during this time.

1968 -

1970 -

1973 -

1975 -

Spring: No one is sure what causes the event, but the Prince's childe, Mildred 'Millie' Winters enters the social realm with a storm suddenly. She makes no mistake that she is out to prove that she's not just the childe of the Prince and even openly gets into a philosophical debate with her sire, Prince Anderson. The debate turns sour and tempers around the room flare; Winters doesn't back down and Anderson appears to. This sets off a wildfire in the rumor-mill, which brings up again Winters' original foray into the realm of being Unaligned after her release.

Summer: Mildred 'Millie' Winters continues out in force, making showings enmasse at the Elysia and even throwing parties where she attempted to get to know most, if not all, Kindred on a casual basis. Her work didn't go unnoticed and some individuals began to acknowledge her as a budding socialite.

Fall: Clementine Beaumont and Francisco Aldea were in Elysium conversing when approached by a new, recently arrived supposedly-Unaligned pair of nomads. During the conversation, the pair inquired, subtly - but still persistently - about where they could locate various havens throughout the city for "meeting and greeting". Skeptically viewing the Kindred, Beaumont and Aldea followed information on the pair of Kindred and their recent activities. What they found was both a shock and unexpected: the pair were part of a small group of four Belial's Brood members that had very recently taken up residence in the city. The pair quickly informed other Kindred within the city and a small party of retainers were used to make the Brood party "disappear". For their efforts, Beaumont and Aldea were asked to serve as Primogen and Sheriff, respectively, to Prince Anderson.

Winter: Peter Krokov created a small breach (which was kind of blown out of proportion for a few weeks by the socialites of the city) as a couple of mortals remembered him as one of the cafe racers around the late 50s. The issue was resolved with the aid of Primogen Beaumont for a boon, when she helped him begin a new life as a mortal with a new name.

1976 -

Summer: Prince Anthony Anderson works to mend the relationship between the Carthian Experiment and the Circle of the Crone. Soon, the Hierophant is made Primogen, the Circle stood by the Carthians again, but no alliance was made.

Fall: Georgia establishes it’s ninth state constitution.

1978 -

Winter: Charles Winston, childe of the Seneschal Bridget Connelly, makes an utter fool of himself in Elysium in front of many Kindred by saying that Prince Anthony Anderson's style of government, Titoism, was un-American. Within a few nights, Winston was dead, killed by his own sire.

1979 -

Spring: Connelly's punishment is declared by Prince Anderson at the first court of the year. While he was not punishing her for Winston's outspokenness against his method of government, he was punishing her for her choice in embrace; Winston had notably been allowed to "run wild" since his embrace. She was punished with a sentence that she would not be allowed to embrace for the next twenty years. Almost frenzying there in the center of the court, Connelly instead fell to her knees, opened up with what looked like whip marks all across her face. Instantly, rumors spring up in the city that Prince Anderson possesses some sort of telepathic attack ability, though it's downplayed by Connelly herself.

1982 -

1983 -

Spring: There is a minor scare as a disease-carrying Kindred is found out by Prince Anderson after he says an "anonymous tip-off" came. The Kindred, named Trevor Mills is a young AIDS carrying Nosferatu. Though he pleads for his life, the first true act of "for the betterment of all" comes out of Anderson and he has the Kindred staked out for the sun. Some murmur that Anderson is heartless, but most understand that a disease carrier has to die, to protect the mortal herd and Masquerade. Only a total of 7 to 8 mortals are affected to the knowledge of the Kindred and Trey King is asked to make sure that they learn of it through mail notifications.

Summer: Georgia establishes it’s tenth and current state constitution.

1984 -

Winter: In resistance to her natural desire to slink into the shadows after the humiliation, Connelly moves back into the public light with a vengeance. She throws party after party and sits in Elysium, prepared to verbally strike back at any one who dares make a slightly less than intelligent comment with a piece of cutting wit. For years her name becomes synonymous with bitch. People avoid go to Elysium except on business in case they become the next target, though members of the Carthians make overtures of displeasure openly about her activity.

1985 -

Spring: Threatened with losing her position if she doesn’t tone it down a little, Connelly purposely curbs her temper and people start filtering into Elysium again. While they remain wary of her, she makes a concerted effort not to automatically snap at people who speak.

1986 -

1989 -

Winter: The Gangrel Priscus, James William Hopkins asks Fei-Lin Thorne to be Whip of the clan with the intent of mending relations between the First and Second estates. Thorne is skeptical but accepts anyway.

1992 -

1993 -

Winter: After hearing that Marissa Carisle embraced Araseli Luna, Anna Shearing approaches Luna and Carisle at Elysium and proceeds to throw a verbal fit and openly warns Luna about her sire. Carisle, as expected, takes great offense to this and threatens Shearing. It devolves into little more than name calling before other Kindred present ask them to just bloody leave.

1994 -

1997 -

Fall: Having developed a reputation as a sort of information know-it and unofficial Herald, her sire, Prince Anderson, announces that Mildred 'Millie' Winters will be serving in the vacancy that was Herald. Some Kindred comment that she might be too young, but it's not a widely-expressed sentiment, or a negatively impacting one. Notably, Bridget Connelly takes offense to some degree (as it's intruding somewhat on her duties) and starts a brief set of Elysium commentary set on pointing out that Winters probably only got the benefit because she's the Prince's childe.

1999 -

2000’s

2001 -

Spring:An Unaligned Kindred named only "Dagger" strolls into town. He causes a commotion in Elysium and personally insults Fei-Lin Thorne after her attempt to calm the situation. Shortly after, "Dagger" turns up missing (to no one's great surprise. No one likes a nomad). No formal inquiry is made. Naturally, to those that even care, there are rumors that Fei-Lin may have had a hand in his disappearance, but with no evidence (and lack of any sort of public outcry) the rumor is quickly disregarded.

Spring: A Kindred calling himself "Gauge" who was looking for "Dagger" accosts and manhandles Linus Walker with a pair of dogs just down the street from the Elysium. The matter is brief and Walker manages to escape with just some wounds. Immediately, Francisco Aldea is notified by Walker of to the attack, and Prince Anderson hears of it shortly after. The Prince makes it known that "Gauge" is wanted for questioning, but the Kindred in question disappears. This act revitalizes the having-grown-stale hatred of nomads and Prince Anderson swears he will appoint a Hound soon.

Summer: Devon 'DJ' Jones is approached by Prince Anderson and asked to be a Hound. DJ agrees.

2002 -

Fall: A rumor pops up and immediately circulates (everyone loves them some gossip) that Peter Krokov has another notch in his belt after he managed to make a fling with the Hierophant Marissa Carisle's childe, Araseli Luna shortly after her release. The rumors are unconfirmed, but Peter's reputation as a rake abounds and earns him the slight ire of the elder of the Crones. Carisle publicly derides Peter Krokov in a set of harsh verbal attacks, mainly aimed at his manhood. People then start to wonder if Krokov had a bitter ending relationship with her as well. After the pair stops publicly sputtering at each other, the rumors die down.

2003 -

2007 -

Spring: Prince Anderson throws a crink in most records playing through-out the city when he announces that he is heavily considering switching from his previously favored Titoism to a method of government of his own design. The Carthians themselves are of mixed feelings, and other covenants are the same. What news and snippets he has led out leads individuals to believe he's going to split the city up into genuine districts with heads who have votes based on how many people live there. This would be an abrupt and radical change from his earlier methodology. Rumors circulate that he may have been dominated or even bullied, but the verdict is out on just what everyone thinks, since it literally involves everyone, and makes being the firm holder of a domain that much more important. Those few domains still left unclaimed have been bandied about like either a forbidden fruit, or a great searing light where people expect everyone to flee to so they can avoid being grouped in and risk causing a problem with the Masquerade.
