A shy, secretive nomad hipster from Seattle, Washington Kevin is the childe of a prince and the survivor of a Brood war. Wishing to start his Requiem over, he's travelled the highways on his trusty bike, selling art when he can, sleeping in the worst dives imaginable, to arrive as far from his home city as he could get. He is scarred and scared, terrified of losing more than he has already lost, and keeps his cards very close to his chest.
Despite everything, Kevin is earnest and actually tries to be as well-informed as possible. And, despite the rumors to the contrary, Kevin boldly admits when he makes mistakes... it's his primary learning mechanism.

Goals: Kevin is now the Precentor of Atlanta, the de facto Harpy. He seeks to be the best Harpy he can be, and also modernize, update and adapt the position to face the modern day. Gone are the snide remarks and veiled flower codes of the Invictus, everything is now about control and flow of information, relevant to Kindred and not. He is also seemingly interested in both religious and secular academic society... what it is he's seeking there is not so obvious, but it appears that he is deeply religious in a nonorthodox, non-Longinian, manner.
