Kaela Willows never met her father. Her mother died when she was 10 years old, leaving her in the care of her paternal grandmother. She lived in a strict household and that meant that she kept her job as a runner secret from her grandmother. Kaela was quite literally born to live in Atlanta. She loves the clubs, loves the action, and the pulse of the city. She can move just as easily through the county court house as she can Masquerade

To blow off steam, Kaela DJ's at clubs owned by her friends and writes her own songs. Spending her whole life in Atlanta means she knows at least one person in every bar, club, and hotel in the city. She's well connected and she uses her connections to move between her worlds. Kaela's gone through a lot of men in her life but she's only been in love once and he broke her heart. She now looks at men with a cautious eye. Kaela knows how all the games are played in Atlanta and is aware of the universal truth of the city: the only one who wins consistantly is the house, because the odds are stacked. Kaela's got enough of a rebel in her to challenge the odds, and enough of a realist in her to know the only one watching out for her is her, so she'll cut her losses to fight again another day if need be.

Kaela works for the Atlanta Police Department as a criminalist. Her specialty is audio and visual analysis. She didn't become a criminalist to right the wrongs of the world; she became a criminalist because it makes her feel like a kid solving puzzles. Kaela loves the challenge and buzz of being out on the field. She's a highly social creature and a very people oriented individual; being with and around people is so easy for her.

Description: Kaela's a woman of average height, coupled with a tempting figure. Her hair spills down her back in natural waves, a bronzy copper color. Her eyes are her best feature. A perfect sky blue and hard to look away from. They betray her - giving evidence of her true emotions, but allowing her a playful mischeviousness. Kaela is often dressed in black pin stripe dress pants, black Converse sneakers, a plain but fashionable clingy tshirt, and a black dress jacket.
