Known Information: Jose was embraced for one purpose and that was to act as an enforcer for his sire, the Master of Elysium. Jose isn’t good at much, but what he is good at is being a bully. He’s an excellent bully. Most people turn the other way when they see Jose coming. At best he’s just intimidating and threatening, at worse he will kill you. More than once his sire has had to step in on his behalf with the Overlord when he’s gotten carried away in his duties and someone’s head has ended up in a separate place from their bodies. What’s more, is he’s so casual in fulfilling his duties. He just doesn’t seem to care, if any thing, he seems to enjoy it.

Rumors: Jose’s sire hired a Ventrue to completely erase his memories of his mortal life so that she could sculpt Jose to her will. Jose was retarded before his embrace and he’s still sort of retarded, he’s just also a sociopath. Jose has a collection of fangs he’s ripped from Kindred mouths, if he comes after you, he’ll take your fangs for a trophy. Jose once murdered a ghoul by fucking her too hard. Once someone called Jose’s sire a bitch and he punched them in the jaw hard enough that half their face crumbled to dust. The Laws of Elysium that Jose enforces don’t actually apply to Jose.

Description: Jose is short, stocky, and very muscular. He certainly took good care of his body in his mortal days, perhaps from pumping all that iron in prison. His smug smile seems permanent, even when he's busy doing his job as a Gaoler. Jose walks with a sense of arrogance nearly too big for anyone else to get around. It's as if the fact that he isn't much taller than 5'8 has to be made up by how hard his fists hit and how much of a "don't fuck with me" attitude he can muster. (( BP 4, Hum 3, Intimidation 5 ))
