Jopeth23 is that guy who plays Akira Matsui. What's with "23"? Well, that's his birthday, and jopeth23 has been his username for almost any web account he creates (Friendster, Myspace, Neopets, etc.). He is suffering from short term memory loss after his head got conked with a baseball bat after saying "Yo me llamo es Peter, y tengo un gato grande que ronronear debajo de mis pantalones." to a hot Spanish lady she met in Manila, thinking that it means "My name is Peter, and it's a pleasure to meet you." after reading it from a Spanish phrase book. He, unfortunately, never bothered to know what that phrase really meant. That explains why he kept on forgetting the rules for common rolls, about the unbreakable wall of OOC and IC, etc. He accidentally came across VtR when he was looking for some materials for his short story. One thing led to another, which ended up him playing VtR on Suspire.

Jopeth works as a high school Social Studies teacher in Columban College. He is an expert slacker, and "the fastest minimizer in the West" (very useful for RPing while at work), and the guy who always ends up with the most work after meetings. He is the homeroom teacher of Class 3-C (The Hell Class), coach of the track and field team, and the troop leader for the Columban College Scouts. Currently, and for that reason, he is still single.

He currently lives in his underground bunker apartment where he hides from the angry High School Musical fans who wanted him burned at the stake for "committing heresy against the Lord Zac Efron and Lady Vanessa Hudgens".

Likes: Sci-fi movies; Japanese food, cars, and babes; extremely bad movies that is so bad, it's good; playing wargames; Suspire; his cats Sepia, Grayscale, and BnW; writing; metal music; Rage Against the Machine; sleeping; slacking at work and still getting paid.

Dislikes: House-to-house missionaries who would stop at nothing to convert you; veggies; American Idol; Souljah Boy; wannabes; sluts; racists; holier-than-thou people; his slow net connection.
