John Peterson was born breathing in car fumes. His father was a gearhead. His grandfather was one, and from the day he could walk he had a wrench in his hands. He grew up watching his father work on cars and he idolized that.... The serenty of being alone working with your hands just you and the car. The smell of oil, the smell of gas. The Sound of the Engine running. It was peaceful to John and he followed in his fathers footsteps.
High school was never something that John enjoyed he went because he was forced to go he pulled avarage grades as he looked foward to the end of class each day because at the end of school he would go to his fathers shop and help out where he could. He was a natural with working with cars. If he didnt know what the problem was he was always looking for help from some of the more seasond mechanics that worked with his father. He got paid decent money.
John started making money in Highschool by working on other peoples cars that went to school with him. He had all the tools required and his father sometimes let him use the shop to work in. John made decent money and started building up his Dream Car. 1966 Pontiac GTO. John got enought cash saved up to have the car done. He had it fully restored to origanal condition. 389 tripower, original 4 speed transmission. It was a sweet ride and it got peoples jaw to Drop when they saw it rolling down the street.
He graduated high School with a 2.3 GPA it wasnt great but it wasnt the worse either. After High School he decided to take the required tests to get His ASC. After getting his ASC he started working full time in the Shop. His father didnt move him up to a higer postion he kept him as a mechanic so he started from the same level that everyone else did. Just because he was the bosses son didnt mean shit... He would be a regular Mechanic like everyone else...
John started a budding relantion ship with someone that he had a One Night stand with at the bar one night and the two hit it off pretty good they moved in togather and John made the biggest mistake of his Life he got her name tattooed on his arm. Today people can see a skull with a rose in the mouth covering up the Name Susan... They split up after a terrible fight and John almost killed himself. He wrecked his GTO in a drunken Night he wound up in the Hosiptal and since then had a bit of a gimp to his step with a Metal rod in his leg to help it heal up and keep the bone from breaking any further.
John eventually went back to his fathers shop after he healed up from his wounds and started doing the one thing he loved his entire life again. He had a new passion after being hurt and scarred by the woman he loved and than the near death experence. John still drinks but he never gets behind the wheel of a car after drinking even one beer. He started dateing again but he has never been able to get close to any woman after Susan..
