Known Information: Jessica is the youngest member of the Inner Circle and is the member most distantly connected. In a city dominated by Ordo, she rarely has to answer to other Invictus for her actions and because of such Jessica gets along with the ruling Dragons surprisingly well. Given towards an academic nature herself, she often solicits their opinions on her own small experiments. The Dragons look kindly on her, sort of like an uncle indulging a niece. Her current pet project is arranging a more Kindred-friendly arrangement of clubs on the rack. She says she’s come up with an equation that precisely pinpoints where a club should be opened and she regularly petitions for assistance in enacting it.
Rumors: Rumor has it that Jessica is only a Marquis because the High Prince wished someone to keep an eye on the Ordo Prince of San Francisco. Her equation draws upon information no sane person would know - it’s under debate as to if she’s just crazy or if she’s privy to some ancient knowledge... somehow. She’s Brian’s secret lover and that’s why he allows her mad rack-rearranging plans. She’s the Overlord’s secret lover and he personally requested her as a Diplomat.
