This document serves as the dynastic compact agreed upon by Her Grace Madam Josephine Blackwell-Finch of the line Arundell, Duchess and Prince of Carcosa, childe of the deceased Mister Colby Ryall, Soldier, childe of the eclipsed Mister Sebastian Fawkner, Soldier, childe of presumed eclipsed Alder Behenna Rashleigh, Speaker, childe of The Right Honorable Alder Warren Keast, Marquis of Cornwall and Councilor, childe of The Honorable Alder Conner Arundell, Earl of Devon and Advisor., referred to as "Patron" throughout the remainder of this document, and The Good Madam Silvia Bancroft, Viscountess of Ecclesia, Groom and Notary; childe of the Mister Baron Kien Zhao, Former Prince of Carcosa; childe of Alexander Castillo of the Ordo Dracul here in Carcosa; childe of Hector Maessen of the Ordo Dracul from Richmond; childe of Abraham Wilford of the Ordo Dracul from Richmond; childe of Madam Celeste, Librettist and Senator in Richmond; childe of Alder Marcus Greenwich, Senator and Speaker in Richmond., referred to as "Protege" throughout the remainder of this document, the union of the same hereinafter being referred to as House Kallisti.
I. Membership
The following individuals are the founding members of House Kallisti:

Other individuals may be accepted as full members of House Kallisti following a unanimous decision while the House is at summit as to the same. Other individuals may be accepted as lesser members of House Kallisti following a unanimous decision by those members of the House not currently eclipsed, and may likewise be dismissed by the same method.

The following assets, currently held by the founding members of House Kallisti, shall be combined to form the Orchestra of House Kallisti:

All full members of the House shall be appraised of any new assets added to the collective Orchestra of the House immediately (if awake) or immediately upon leaving eclipse (if eclipsed). Likewise, all full members of the House shall be informed of any assets removed from the collective Orchestra of the House immediately (if awake) or immediately upon leaving eclipse (if eclipsed). The collective Orchestra of House Kallisti is entirely at the disposal of all full members of the House, and all full members have equal privilege to put the same to use.
III. Debts
The following debts are owed to the founding members of House Kallisti, and shall become debts owed to the collective entity of House Kallisti:
- Debts Owed to the Patron: Medium Boon (James O'Rielly) [Believed to be defunct], Large Boon (James O'Rielly) [Believed to be defunct], Life Boon (Ryder)
- Debts Owed to the Protege: Small Boon (Anne Marsh), Small Boon (Ceres), Small Boon (Damien Bader), Small Boon (Damien Costello) [Believed to be defunct], Small Boon (Jack Lasher), Small Boon (Jin Chou)
All debts owed to House Kallisti may be called upon by any full member of the aforementioned House.
The following debts are owed by the founding members of House Kallisti, and shall become debts owed by the collective entity of House Kallisti:

- Debts Owed by the Protege: Small Boon (Phillie Bruno) [Believed to be defunct], Small Boon (William Rarick) [Believed to be defunct]
Any debt owed by House Kallisti may be paid by any full member of the aforementioned House.
IV. Eclipse
The schedule for the eclipse shall be agreed upon at a later time by a unanimous decision of all full members of House Kallisti, and shall be added as an addendum to this document.
V. Court Positions
As the purpose of House Kallisti is to hold power over the city of Carcosa, one member of the House shall at all times hold the title of Prince of Carcosa. Typically, this shall be the most tenured full member insofar as the House itself is concerned, but this convention may be waived at the discretion of said full member.
The next most senior full member of the House shall serve as either Seneschal or Harpy, depending on personal choice, subject to the prior clause regarding waiver of position. Whichever position among the three mentioned above has not been claimed shall be held by the most junior full member of the House, again subject to the clause regarding waiver of position.
Should there be more than three full members of the House active at any time, a summit shall take place to address the issue of assignment of additional positions, with assignment of the same designated by unanimous decision.
VI. Revisions and Addendums
Revision and Addendum of this document may be called for by any full member of the House while the House is at summit. The same may be approved by a unanimous decision of all full members of the House, and shall thereafter be incorporated into this document.
