High Museum of Art

Description
The High Family, who some of the city's older Kindred may remember if they had dabbled in the higher echelons of Atlanta's society, donated their Peachtree Street home to house one of the museum's collections. The former home of the High Family is now the primary gallery for the museum, and the family's name has been appended to the Museum's, a testament to their lasting impact upon the city.
The Museum is outwardly minded, and enjoys partnerships with a variety of other famous museums, theater groups, and opera troupes from around the world. The frequency with which they organize overseas trips for their patrons has decreased somewhat since a tragic plane crash killed 106 Museum patrons in 1962, but as that event fades into memory the pace has begun to pick up again.
With it, so has the High Museum's international renown and ability to acquire famous and rare pieces has increased. The Museum is currently enjoying a boost in funding thanks to an anonymous benefactor, and is trying, though with little success, to begin to compete with the Fox Theatre as the cultural center of Atlanta.

Benefits
Minor
You bought the "friends of the museum" package. Congrats.
- Free entry into the museum and extended hours access (can spend time studying masterpieces to get a +1 to create art)
Sizable
The curators know you and will give the occasional private tour. No one feels that weird about letting you in well after hours, and as long as you don't set off any of the proximity alarms near exhibits, security is indifferent to your presence.
- All hours access to the museum, access to restricted or archived exhibits, +1 academics, +2 historical research, max bonus of +2 to create art
Uncontested
Are you sure you aren't the head curator? Or the director of acquisitions? I could swear you're somebody, you're always with those museum bigwigs...
- All hours access to the museum and restricted/archived exhibits, can shut the museum down and host a party there once a month (without their security), +2 historical research, max bonus of +3 to create art, +1 socialize
Rental
- Closed Viewings, per hour: $1,500
- Night Rentals: $8,500
- A note on both, for insurance reasons, the High Museum will not allow rentals to bring their own security and will not budge on such terms. Security will not necessarily interfere with any events, but they will be on hand.
