Herald

The Herald assures that the Prince's decrees are heard by all the Kindred of the city, and serves as the Prince's proxy. At all times, the Herald is assumed to be the Voice of the Prince (a fact that has gotten more than a few aspiring Heralds in trouble with their liege). In addition, if the Prince desires a meeting with some of the city's Kindred, the Herald is responsible for arranging it.
