The Heartland vies for the biggest part of the country and consists of most of the property gained in the Louisiana Purchase. Despite it’s massive sprawl, the Heartland actually contains very few Kindred relative to the older areas of the Kingdom and the newly popular Tomesha Valley. The area was originally added to the Kingdom by a grand proclamation where the King declared that all lands of the America would be his - of course practicalities forced this to really mean all lands that could be claimed. In his intentions to claim the vast west before the Mexican Queen could take over, he sent oath-sworn vassals west to claim. Despite not being Invictus, William Miller was more than ready to sign an oath in order to claim a Hold. He’s managed to keep a firm hold on the area, despite it’s sprawl and rumor has it that he’s seeking to enlarge his domain. He currently resides in Dallas, which is the recently declared capital (it was Chicago before), which gives him a good line of communication with San Antonio... The Faxist appointed to this Hold is Sean Henderson.
