Georgia Aquarium

Description
Billing itself as the “world’s largest aquarium”, with more than 8.1 million gallons of water running through it and more than 100,000 animals from over 500 species, it’s hard to not give it that distinction. One of the most recent additions to the skyline of Atlanta, the Georgia Aquarium has also become one of Atlanta’s top tourist draws as well.
The aquarium grounds themselves border the Centennial Olympic Park on the south, and so there is plenty of traffic in between the two tourist spots. Though the Aquarium closes officially at 8 p.m. on a regular basis, there are night-time activities held, and more than a few banquets and wedding receptions have been held in the Aquarium’s specially designed “Ocean Ballroom”, the entire Aquarium itself can be rented out for an evening.
The most notable aspect about the Aquarium itself is that it houses whale sharks, and is the only aquarium to do so outside of Asia.

Benefits
Minor
You’ve got an annual pass to the aquarium, and can also visit after hours for “research purposes”.
- You don’t have access to the animals, but hey, you really like the calming effect that the ocean animals have on your psyche. +2 dice on meditation rolls, +1 against anger frenzy checks
Sizable
Woohoo! You’re in through the door, you’re not an official researcher, and they still won’t let you have access to the ridiculously expensive marine animals, but they will give you breaks on any interests you have for hosting events or small parties.
- As Minor; 35% off cost for hosting events at the Aquarium, all visitors to those events gain the benefits of Minor.
Major
Now we’re talking. You have full, unrestricted access to these magnificent (and often times man-eating!) creatures. Got a little “something special” for your favorite animal the Great Hammerhead Shark? No problem!
- As Sizable; Can host events at 50% off, all visitors to those events gain the benefits of Minor; Can feed the sharks, not that we could ever imagine what you’d feed to them, really...
