Known Information:As a Proctor it's Emily's duty to the Invictus to carry forth any proclamations from the Inner Circle and remain to see them enforced, however that's not the sum of her duties. Emily also is responsible for routing out any traitors within the Invictus' own ranks and seeing that they're handled. In this way, she straddles the line between Herald and Inquisitor for the Invictus. She usually makes it a point to visit Elysium at least once or twice when she's in a city on Inner Circle domain, as she seems to enjoy carrying local gossip back to her home of San Francisco. One thing most Invictus can agree on is that Emily takes her duties very, very seriously. Despite her penchant for gossip, she's known to be a very somber and even dour young woman.
Rumors: Emily believes that Daeva are incapable of loyalty after falling victim to a Daeva Lothario as a neonate, so she always targets them for investigation unfairly. Emily's only Proctor because her sire is Jessica Hernandez, there were far more qualified people. You shouldn't gossip to Emily, she's only going to twist it and use it against you. Emily was actually Delores Smith's ghoul before the embrace. Emily's actually vinculumed to the High Prince and secretly keeps an eye on the Inner Circle for him.
Description: Emily is a dour looking young woman. Her features are plain, composed of reddish brown hair and faded freckles, but she could easily be pretty if she smiled. However, no one has ever reported seeing her smile. She's given to dressing in expertly tailored but very old fashioned clothing devoid of ornamentation that could possibly soften her appearance.
