Known Information: Dustin is actually very rarely in Los Angeles, whenever he isn’t required in the area to oversee one of the King’s dictates, gather information for him, or some other task he does his best to attend the King in person wherever his current court is. When he is in LA though, it’s as if the entire city’s tension rating ups a notch. Having Dustin around means people are being watched and who knows what slip-up will make it back to the King’s ear. Kindred don’t even just worry about getting in trouble, they equally worry about seeming the fool. More than one Harpy has lost her tongue around Dustin at the horrific mental image of the King’s courtiers sitting around laughing about some comment she’s made.

Rumors: Dustin has an eidetic memory and purposefully memorizes the most foolish things people say so he can repeat them back years from now. Dustin’s presence in LA is less to spread the King’s word and more to keep an eye on the Overlord, to make sure he can never challenge the King. Dustin only feeds from virgins. Once Dustin came to the city acting especially strange, since then every one’s convinced that time, Dustin was really the King and the King has the ability to possess Kindred. Dustin’s said to really loosen up if you ply him with enough lacrima. Rumor has it that whenever he visits Sacramento, he makes a point of sleeping with Sara Malloy.

Description: Dustin believes he's a gift to mankind and it shows in the way he carries himself. His swagger is most certainly confident with a saucy little bit of arrogance thrown in the mix. He dresses himself to the gills in the latest men's wear fashions, though nothing that would detract from his masculinity. His cuffs are always clipped with gemstoned cuff-links, and his ties are always pinned with a colored stone of some meaning.
