A Dragon Knight is a kindred who has distinguished himself in the Sworn of the Axe and moved beyond the lowest levels of that oath. At this point the Axe-Sworn commands tremendous respect amongst his peers and is no longer simply an enforcer or a soldier. The ceremony at which a Dragon is knighted is always quite elaborate, and is one of the most important events held by the Sworn of the Axe.
