Known Information: Delores is responsible for representing the Invictus in the city in the Carthian Court. She’s in the unique position of only having to represent her own childer though, as the matriarch of the entire Invictus (all three of them). Given that the High Prince sincerely believes embracing to be wrong, the Invictus is aware that Delores has sworn no less than three year-long Oath of Fealty’s to him in exchange for the privilege of embrace. She also serves as the city’s Diplomat to the high Prince’s Court, a position that was shrewdly granted during one of her oath periods. The fact is, Delores is an excellent diplomat; she’s been trained to be so by the Invictus.

Rumors: Rumor has it that Delores is looking for yet another childe, it’s almost as if she intends on taking over the city through embrace alone. Delores lost all of her financial holdings in the city’s collapse and just pretends to be as powerful as she once was. Delores actually has no interest in Phoenix at all, she aspires to a permanent place on the High Prince’s court. Delores purposefully encouraged the bad decisions that lead to Phoenix’s collapse, hoping to swoop in and take control when Kindred expressed discontent with the Gestalt. All her childer are blood bound to her.
