The Crassus family are one part corporation and another part mafia family. descended from Italy they have moved into the world taking over business and amassing fortunes. The so called 'Caesars' have a strong presence in the United States and especially economic centers; wherever wealth can be obtained.

Due to their unique talents, the Carthians and the Invictus battle incessantly over the ownership of these ghouls, and many a Crassus has perished at the hands of a jealous opponent who they thought were their friend days before.
