Known Information: Cornelius is known to move from haven to haven and keeps three main havens in Manhattan, Roanoke, and Dallas. Within the Invictus Cornelius is known to hold an Oath of Fealty from Calvin Dawson (Overlord of the Viceroyalty of the Frozen North) and from Joachim Diaz (Overlord of the Tomesha Valley). He does not socialize outside of the Courtiers that travel with him as he moves from haven to haven and relies upon those Courtiers (who are also his Faxists) and the occasional visits from Overlords to be aware of what goes on within his domain. Because of this little is actually known about Cornelius but rumors abound.

Rumors: Cornelius goes no where without his Thegn because he’s convinced every one wants to kill him. Cornelius and his Thegn are close, in the Roman sense if you know what I mean, and that’s why they’re always together. Cornelius P. Turner actually stands for Cornelius, Protege of House Turner and it’s really a House of Three Ventrue who just share the same possessed body. Cornelius learned tricks from the Ordo Dracul so he never has to feed from Kindred. Cornelis keeps an entire herd of other vampires to feed from, supplied by the Acolytes of Sacramento.

Description: Few people have ever met Cornelius, but one neonate’s cousin swore an oath to his sire’s elder sibling and at this oath-swearing he happened to see him for a split second. Quickly the description that he was tall, no he was short, he had blue eyes, no they were black as night, his hair was perfect, but he was bald started to circle the Hold - the only thing the descriptions agreed on was that he was terrifying.
