The below signed kindred hereby agree to the following joint statements:

According to the Pax Regentus we shall all administer Tithe to all vassals in accordance to the agreed methods of payment, in two distinct levels:

• Lower Payment: As registered payment for kindred feeding in ones domain infrequent or in lesser quantity. Also for kindred using influence on any business, industry or locale. The method of payment would be one of three choices: Monetary funds to the amount of $ ((1 exp dot)), 3 nights of service to the Regent of that particular territory, or one small boon.

• Higher Payment: As registered payment for kindred feeding in ones domain more frequent and of greater quantity. Also for kindred who have claimed any business, industry or locale and defend it. The method of payment would be one of three choices: Monetary funds to the amount of $ ((3 exp dot)), 7 nights of service to a Regent of that particular territory, or one moderate boon.

Within the terms of Pax Regentus all signing parties state that influence of vassals towards territories and fiefs should be charged Tithe at the Regents own discretion.

All Regents agree to influence Parkview, which lies within the domain of Amptons. Regent Berger will be allowed influence in any one fief of either fellow Regent, or one vassal of his choice from their domains.

Regents appoint their own positions within their own domain. A Sheriff or Hound appointed by one Regents will not be allowed to work in a similar position for another Regent, yet may find him or herself employed by the Prince.

So we sign to this treaty on the night of April second, of the year of our lord two thousand and ten.
