Known Information: Charles is a relatively new appointment as Bishop. He quickly moved up through the ranks as Priest through a mix of politicking and knowing people. It certainly didn’t hurt that his blood-sibling is the Bishop of San Antonio. In the company of "lessors" Charles can be extremely condescending, his favorite method is “concern trolling”. However in the company of those who can help him advance in the covenant or city, Charles walks the perfect line between humility and aspiration. It’s well acknowledged, not without cynical bitterness, that Charles will get far.

Rumors: Charles and his sibling are both blood bound to their sire and quietly working on his agenda. Charles has a much larger end-goal than Bishop; he really wants to be Overlord. Charles arranged for the murder of no less than three rivals by sending them on missionary duties. Once Charles slept with an Invictus Harpy, but she mocked him mercilessly after so now he secretly hates the Invictus a little. Charles got kicked out of Yale as a mortal.

Description: The first thing - and perhaps the only thing, since his face isn’t very remarkable - most notice about Charles are his eyes. They’re ice blue, sure, but it’s a certain calculating and mysterious glint that makes them so interesting. He’s a stocky young man of average height who clads himself in dark casual clothing. Most of the time Charles has a rather arrogant gait to his stride, but he knows when to tone it down to just the right amount to be considered “confident.”
