Known Information: Brian has been the Prince of San Francisco for as long as most Kindred can remember. He’s always been fiercely dedicated to the Ordo Dracul and the Great Work; as such he also rules over The Academy with an iron fist. He’s mastered numerous coils and within the covenant it’s considered an honor to apprentice under him. The Dragons know him as a Sworn of the Mysteries. Outside of the covenant he’s known as a very methodical and strict Prince. He does not make decisions without possessing all the information, but when he does his decisions are final. He’s known to employ no less than three Sheriffs, so serious is he about uncovering every detail of an investigation.
Rumors: It’s said that Brian is working on a fifth step to the Coil of Banes that would allow him to walk in the sun. Rumor has it that Brian has a deal with the Acolytes of Sacramento to supply him with Kindred bodies for his coil experimentation. Brian is said to read minds with no more effort than a glance and he instantly knows your deepest secrets. Once Brian sentenced someone to the Final Death and he died on the spot. Even the Overlord is afraid of Brian, that’s why Brian sentences more people to Final Death than any other Prince. Brian was the King of the California Territories once, but he retired to pursue his coil work.
Description: He's a handsome man by most standards, with thick dark hair and even darker eyes. his skin is pale, a little too pale to be fashionable in California. he wears sharply tailored suits that look pricey but his hair is a little disheveled as if he runs his hands through it on occasion. a little uncut stubble marks his chin and cheeks, but it doesn't seem to make him look dangerous. in fact, he could easily be a perpetual grad student who just doesn't bother to take care of himself.
