Description

An unassuming flat lot a couple miles from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport with standard pricing for car parking, and a fenced in lot with a couple of security booths watching the lot’s occupation 24-7. You know the type, it’s all seemingly standard.

The difference with this little Park N’ Ride is the fact that it’s a front for a notoriously clever small cell of the Bloods gang. The difference between this Park N’ Ride and the others is they keep the keys of their occupants for “safety” reasons. 95% of the cars that visit this Park N’ Ride have no troubles or changes whatsoever, but for those cars who’s owners are going to be out of town for at least two weeks, they find themselves at the receiving end of an unaware car modification.

The Bloods, financed by a local mover and shaker of cocaine and heroin, take the cars of these unaware victims to a specialty chop shop and make completely unknown modifications to the cars. A specially made, small tracing bug is placed on the underside of the car and a small compartment is added for drug trafficking. The night before the victim is to return, a kilo of whatever drug is placed into the compartment and parked in the same exact spot that it was left in.

The victim, unaware that they’ve been made into a trafficker, go home. Then, the gang does it’s second victimization. Tracking the car to it’s home, the gang retrieves it’s shipment and also robs the victim blind.

Thus far, the police have not even come close to putting any clues together for this new brand of crime...
