She's a woman in her late 20s, with droopy reddish hair and green eyes. She isn't particularly good looking, nor anything else looking. She has a bony, slim look to her, but that's about it. Even her clothing is a unimaginative black sweater, black leather vest and black skinny jeans with a belt. She also carries a ragged grey backpack wherever she goes and has a little golden chain peek out above the line of her sweater. She looks rather bland and unnoticeable. What Detroit People Know

April Lockhart showed up in Detroit in 1972 with little known background. It isn't that she would lie about it, she wouldn't tell. However she soon became useful as a "sneaky" mekhet, doing well as a cat-burglar. She was also known as slightly crazy, like knowing weird facts, not being too well socially and always having to count things in front of her, which got her the nickname April Rain, after the famous Rain man. She eventually got caught up in the political game, although it was more by the grace and amusement of others, because she had no real friends and no covenant was really eager to have her. She was very committed though and showed up at every event. Eventually she backed down for no apparent reason around 2005, and eventually she stopped the game entirely, until she left for Vegas.
